Incredible service from Perry, and the rest of the team. Went above and beyond on a busy week day to make sure all customers were getting serviced quickly and effectively. Helped me send out 2 packages to 2 recipients, after completing, I left but soon forgot to add something on the packages, he was quickly able to help me open up the sealed packages and double check something, and then reseal them in new Fedex mailers. Very professional!

I can’t say enough good things! The customer service I received from all employees was exceptional. They were helpful, informative, timely, and most importantly- all of our retractable banners, posters, and fliers turned out perfectly for our event! I will definitely be using this location again for all future printing needs.

Long story short, Amazon managed to royally screw up my delivery details and even my name. The manager here helped me track my package and even put it in my car for me. He handled everything with such great professionalism and patience that once I got into my car I cried. I was really stressed about this package and I’m pregnant and when I came here I was hangry and everyone here was really willing to help. Thank you guys, seriously. He didn’t even know I was pregnant, he just offered to put it in my car for me. Seriously a gentleman. I’m crying just thinking about it.

Went in for passport photos for my kids. FedEx doesn’t do baby passport photos! We ended up having to make a second trip to Staples on Indiana. The photos at Staples turned out MUCH better (brighter, clearer, true to skin and eye color, etc), and they take baby passport photos! Go to Staples for your next passport photo needs!!
