I went into Fastenal because I needed a special screw for the commercial oven at work. The oven manufacturer was no help. Thankfully salesperson Crystal at Fastenal was able to find the exact size and type of screw since it had to be able to withstand the oven temps. Her customer service skills and product knowledge will cause me to be a repeat customer.

Very helpful crew (Crystal) at this branch. Always more than willing to research a hard to find part or walk me through what they have. Seems a little understaffed occasionally but not all the time. Great place.

This place has the best customer service and they helped me out big time. They know their stuff and helped me get my issue solved quickly. Can’t say enough good things about this place and their staff!

Updated 10/2023These guys are great. They must know how to treat an employee, becuase every person there trreats you with respect, and shows a knowledge in what the company has to offer. Pricing is abut 10-20% higher than most, but the service is worth every penny. They are fast, and knowledable.

Great place for fasteners unless your wanting correct pre 80s American bolts then there selections very very minimal.

I know I won't be back Sales person was right on the line of being rude because I didn't know what size of screw I needed and snatched my money off the counter like it wasn't good enough but yet was extremely nice to the other gentleman that comes in there with the contract Since I've nobody they're gonna treat me like nobody

Lost most of their experienced help that had been there for years, their competitors are a pretty happy lot though. They do what corporate tells them to do, Spokane area is not Winona.

Why would I edit my reply? Average review for average service.After thoughts about you wanting me to edit I will drop it to 2 instead of 3. The salesperson was borderline rude their coworkers didn't know how to work the will call lockers complaining that "now they have to press * when they didn't have to before " then more concerned about talking to the people they know when they would walk in instead of just getting my order. Took twice my time rather than just getting my order.

Really poor customer service. Going in there quite often for work parts and pieces, they were always very short with me (and everyone at the counter) they treated anyone who walks in like an inconvenience. After far too many unpleasant instances I've been able to move most of my business to Copper State! Unfortunately still have to end up here occasionally cause they do have a decent selection.
