I ordered a set of wheels and tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Discount Tire on Sprague. I scheduled an appointment online to have the new wheels and tires mounted on my car. My appointment was at 9:15. I showed up at 8:45 because I have never ordered wheels and tires online before and I wasn't sure how this would go. I was out of there before 9:30. Great customer service. While I was waiting, I overheard several customers with all sorts of tire questions. Discount Tire is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If I have any tire problems, I know where I am going.

Everything went super smooth! The price was unbeatable for the same tires I currently have on my Jeep Wrangler. The guys were quick and efficient! I could not be happier with Discount Tire’s hard working staff! Well done guys!

My first time here and I just had the best experience. I showed up without an appointment to buy a new set of tires for my recently powdercoated rims. They had the Continental tires I wanted in stock for much cheaper than any other place. I was in and out in 20 minutes (as promised) with my new tires mounted and balanced and on my car. My winter set of tires were nicely bagged up and tucked away in my trunk. The employees were efficient and friendly and exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!!

I generally don't leave reviews but today my experience with the Spokane Valley Discount Tire was absolutely FANTASTIC.. Their customer service is outstanding. I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be one!!! I truly can't thank them all enough..

I came into the store in March because my back tires were dangerously worn. My mechanic told me I needed to change them, to my surprise since they were about 2 years old.
I was told that they were under warranty and there would be no charge, but they didn't have the correct size. So I told them to order them and I would come back later. However, I was leaving the country and HAD to get to Seattle. I had some old tires in my garage that were a bit better than my 2 year old warrantied tires, so I asked to have them put on as I was desperate.
In April I came home and started calling about my tires. They weren't in yet. Finally last Friday (May 10) the man who answered the phone was 90% sure he had the right size and to just drop my car off.
I went to drop it off today. They didn't have the tire in stock, they looked at my car and said they couldn't warranty them out because they are different tires. No kidding. You put them on for me and kept them. They said they threw the tires that were under warranty away. Then it turns out they only changed ONE tire so my warranty tire is still there. phew. BUT for some reason warrantees from the factory are based on use or something and now my free warrantee tires are going to cost me $275.00.
Every single person I've spoken to at this place tells me something different. Don't trust their warranty.
I'm absolutely finished with Discount Tire. The warranties are useless and all they do is try to upsell you and tell complete untruths. A brand new tire should not need to be replaced in 2 years. And I know you're gonna say it's my vehicle's fault or some other b.s., but really you shouldn't give people the illusion that they will get a free replacement because your product is shoddy if you have no intent to do so. I would say it's on me because you get what you pay for, but the tires were expensive to begin with and I should have just gone to Costco.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment for tire rotation over 3 weeks ago as that was the soonest there was an opening. I arrived about 20 minutes early for a 3:30 pm as I drove in from an outlying community. Andrew was very kind an helpful when he checked me in. He then advised me that there would be a 2 to 3 hour wait as they were running behind schedule. Seriously?? Why was there not some type of contact made with me, a text or call? I declined the service today due to the long wait and rescheduled for next week. I will be sure to call first as I can't promise to maintain my composure if this were to happen again.
