Re Spokane valley. Great place to shop! We went in to check out a Pelican kyak that was on sale. We were acknowledged within 5 minutes & she called an associate to assist us. A nice young man lowered it, let me try it out & took it to the checkout. Another associate lifted it & carried it to our truck. It has been a long time since I have had such excellent service! They have won me over!

This is one of my favorite locations. Everytime we have been in here, the staff is amazing. Especially Van in the baseball department. He has helped us multiple times and is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They are lucky to have him on their team!

Spoke and worked with Brycen at the counter. When giving him my phone number for my rewards, he couldn’t locate it. Showed him my card Id # and said he can only look up my rewards by my number nothing else. Called in and Spokane to a lady and she told me the same thing.
Educate your employees to know how to look up and use your rewards system. You can look up rewards by phone #, account # and first and last name. But because this team is uneducated and not properly equipped and doesn’t even know their own system, I just spent over $350 dollars and was told to open a new account because they don’t know their procedures when I’ve had one for some time being. Terrible experience and very embarrassing from the management staff that your employees are that clueless.

Always a good store, we’ve had two really good visits recently, working with Van. He shared his knowledge of baseball and helped us fully equip for the upcoming season. He’s got a pretty good swing too.Best service we’ve had anywhere recently! Ryan and the register did a good job as well.

I will never go back to Dick’s anywhere because my first and only experience at this one (Spokane Valley) was so bad. I walked into the store and went all the way to the back without anyone ever acknowledging me. I was looking for Hoka shoes. I had to flag down a worker who was having a great time with 4 salespeople just chatting. A salesman finally came over and brought me a pair I wanted. He NEVER came back to see if they fit or if I wanted to try something else. They did not fit so I put them back in the box and took them back to him. He did not look at me. His other salespeople friends kept up their fun. Then I went to another section where two salespeople were playing catch, ignoring me. Do you think it’s because I’m 70? Maybe but it will be REI and Sportsman’s Warehouse from now on. The service at both of those stores has always been amazing.

Emma is an amazing associate! She was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. Plus, in the 5 years I've been buying Suncloud sunglasses almost yearly, she's the first sales rep to have mentioned their product protection.

Trevor was so amazing!!! My mom and I were looking for the hot pink Stanley, and we thought they were sold out. Then as we were about to leave he found us one!!! Great customer service and so kind! Thank you so much Trevor!
