Gone here twice, both times around 10:30am. Both times I've gone there has been 2 nail techs and 0 clients but they have refused me and told me to come back later while theyre sitting and talking?

I come up to Spokane to get acrylic toes because there isn’t a place that does them where i live! I tried calling a few places today and didn’t get an answer. i called here and they got me in right away! Don did my toes and not only are they AMAZING, but he was so friendly, kind and extremely funny. This place is more than worth the two hour drive up here:) - Abbey

I showed them a picture of the acrylic nail designs I wanted and they copied it to a t they did a phenomenal job. He even took the time to sand under my nail so I didn't have chunks of acrylic under my nail huge brownie points

Went back in May and we called ahead (day before) to plan for a group to get nails done and some pedicures and we told them 5 to 6 people. They only had 2 people working. I was getting my nails done for my wedding and they butchered them.They didn’t have most the colors they showed as samples. The nail application its self was terrible bumpy and ruff. The paint job was terrible. I had to ask them to sand under the tips of the nails to get rid of the gummed up nail polish. I left there didn’t say a word. My mom who was paying the day still paid. I wish she wouldn’t have. I went to another salon and they saved the day. I had hi hopes for this place based on the reviews but they must be old =(
