They've always been easy to work with. This time, I couldn't get in to be serviced. Drove my motorhome 50 miles. Tried to make an appointment, but Cheryl (owners wife) just said to drop it by, I called 1st. They were too busy, so I tried to schedule an appointment. She suggested I call on Thursday.I've ever had any problems before. I will call on Thursday to see if they will be able to service my transmission. They are a very nice couple. They have always been dependable. Maybe they've gotten a little overwhelmed with business. I will give them another chance.

Look at Steve's stars - all 5's on a 5 scale! Steve performs above the highest expectations...he is truly a WIZARD with transmissions.
When the two batteries in my Ford 350 turbo-diesel went dead in his parking lot, he diagnosed the problem and helped me install both new ones! I asked him why he went the EXTRA MILE. "Because I really mean my motto - 'Trust buils one transmission at a time,'" he replied. Steve not only says it ... he does it! And he keeps doing it ... over decades!

I brought my truck in to swap out my transmission fluid.. They were very transparent with their work and very friendly. When they dropped the pan they brought me into the shop and explained what I needed to know. I'll definitely recommend this place.

I brought my 97 chevy truck in and had them rebuild my transmission, among some other work that needed done along the way. Both Steve and Cheryl were wonderful, very friendly, knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the process and even took me in the back to see my truck during the repair, and showed me the parts that needed replaced, and even explained how it worked. I could tell they both have a passion for this work, and Steve even used better parts then what the manufacture had used. My truck runs excellent now, and I am very grateful and appreciative for their service. I would highly recommend Custom Transmission to you.I will certainly be going back if I ever need their services again.Services: Transmission

Called to get my 98 GMC Sierra 1500 transmission serviced/checked before I left for training. They got me in on the same day and the service was excellent. They walk you through everything and hide nothing from you.I'd recommend Custom Transmission to anyone I know.

This place is awesome and the service is great along with the people. Husband and wife team and very down to earth. Price for service is amazingly good as well.Edit: Anyone thinking about getting work done to their transmission really should get it done here because the work is done right and they will check their work a few days later for free.
