You need some one new...the man that works here isn't willing to help people when it comes to transferring everything from one phone to another new one...he's been like that since I first became a customer 7 to 8 years ago... today is Saturday September 23, 2023... afternoon shift...sad..?. Could be more kind and useful.

I hate Cricket! The coverage is ok but the customer service is a nightmare. I wait on hold for hours to either get hung up on or someone that doesn’t understand anything. They have no perks for current customers and the only phone deals are for new customers. My voicemail never worked and they could never fix it and the attitude was , “oh well I guess you won’t be using that.” The app never worked to pay so I’d call and have to pay $4 to pay over the phone. The phone numbers are always getting spam calls. They just don’t take care of customers! I’m so happy I’m finally switching.

I changed to Cricket because of a problem with my last carrier. Perry and Mike at 13817 E. Sprague Ave in the Spokane Valley were SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. They spent as much time as I needed to help change carriers and to set up what I needed on the iPhone11 I selected. When I left the last thing they said to me was to return anytime I needed help. Today (several days later) I returned with about 4 items jotted down for help. Again I left feeling I was treated so very nicely ..... I would give them both 10 STARS if you had given me the choice! Thank YOu.
