My hair was almost to the middle of my back. Due to my hair thinning I asked for a pixie cut. I had a photo for reference. OMG! My hair was butchered!!! Looked like something a 5 year old tried to do. I broke down in my car. I wasn't even told that it was cash only until after the cut. I don't carry cash. So she waved it. Thank God! I had to run to Great Clips (not usually a place I'd go) but thankfully they "saved" me. It was so bad they had to basically shave my head. I could in no way even spend the night in that original cut. Worst experience of my hair's life!!!!!!
