Absolutely terrible place. The manager is extremely discriminatory towards the employees. Call the mentally unfit when they make minor mistakes. Was even given a fake number for HR.

Very clean and serviceable. I would stay here again. It does seem to be a bit removed the areas of Spokane where I had interest.

Awful. Lobby was nicest part of this stay. The rooms presented on website DO NOT reflect what you get. We were there for a graduation and were charged $300+ ! From the hallways to the elevator to the rooms complete disaster and are all in desperate need of upgrade. Rooms smelled and did not even look like the bathrooms were cleaned! Go elsewhere!Rooms: Look ancient and dirty. Rips in screens of window bathroom filthy.

This place was very nice, pool & hot tub exceptional, Ashley and I'm sure his name was Nick when we checked in were wonderful! My daughter left her card in the vending machine and Nick called our room to let us know! That meant a lot! We will most definitely return, this will be our forever place to stay when we go to Spokane!❤️❤️Noteworthy details: Pool & hot tub and exercise room are open 24/7! That's a plus, my daughter was having leg surgery the next day so the pool & hot tub were perfect for her!

The room was impressive and VERY clean. I wish I knew the housekeepers name because she deserves a shout out. Tod at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The hotel pool was beautiful however since we had a 2 person jacuzzi tub in our room, we didn't utilize it. Highly recommend.Rooms: We stayed in the 1bd king suite with a Jacuzzi tub and the room had plenty of space.Nearby activities: Several bars, restaurants and a casino near by.Safety: Secure building.

Convenient location, great service, friendly and helpful, always cleanThis last time, I was injured and requested an accessible room. The accessible room required the elevator to go down a floor. When I asked what plan was in place to get people with limited mobility who can't use stairs out of the building in case if emergency when the elevator is not operational, I was told staff would come find me and help me get up the stairs, that I'd see other guests who might be able to help, and that stairs weren't too difficult. I imagined being in a power chair with no ability to bear weight--it would require several people to carry me, and several people to carry my chair up the stairs I'm concerned about safety in this case. Also, the shower was a challenge. The faucet and shower head are on the opposite side of the shower from the seat, so it's not possible to reach the faucet or shower head independently. There's also not a hook for the shower head, so I had to hold it the entire time to keep it from dropping to the floor where I wouldn't be able to use it.The bathroom door was a challenge to close and open from inside the shower. Just not a lot of space to maneuver. The bathroom sink has an angle piece which makes it difficult to get close enough with a wheelchair to reach the faucet. Finally, the front desk clerk had her dog with her. I love dogs and I love that it's a pet friendly hotel. However she was holding it the entire time she was helping people, including with her hands on it's paws. She also stood it up on the he counter that people use to rest their arms on, place belongings on, etc. She didn't wash her hands or the counter after doing these things. Simply unsanitary.

We booked 3 nights in room 223 during a renovation of our house here in town and that room had a terrible odor. It smelled of sandalwood and Earth with a hint of mushrooms and must. I spoke to the night time manager and the daytime manager over the phone. The night manager offered to switch rooms with us on our last night but we decided to go home instead. They did not offer any other compensation.
