Found these folks from a friends recommendation. My insurance companies preferred shop dropped the ball several times. Communication wasn’t happening. Exact opposite experience with City East Auto Body. Almost always got a person when calling, prompt call backs and they’re good with email too. My truck only needed simple repairs and was done quickly. I’d give these folks my business again in a heartbeat.

HIGHLY recommended. I will never take my car anywhere else. They take care of you and your car. The communication is as good as it gets and they go over and beyond what it takes to help you. They should honestly teach a class on customer service to every business that deals with people!! The pricing is basically the same as it is everywhere, but I’d pay more for this type of service. Thank you!!!

They did a great job on my 2016 Ram. They not only washed it but even looked like they detailed the inside, which I didn't expect. It was even done a day early. Definitely recommend them.

My mother in law came in this afternoon to get a piece from her undercarriage put back on after hitting a curb. They got her right in, put it on, and then they didn't charge her! It was just a few bolts, and they didn't think it was right to charge her for that. We will be taking all our vehicles to them if we ever need autobody work. Thank you for your kindness and hard work!

Fantastic garage.. very professional and reliable. My Dads Tahoe was in a car accident a few months back and the front end on the passenger side was totaled. And Dexter took one look at it and said this is definitely fixable. After a fraud insurance company took a half a look at it and decided it should be totaled. We just got it back and it looks better than it did before the accident and it looked great before. I will for sure refer my friends and family to City East Auto Body. Dexter and Brent are very professional and nice to work with.

I had my 2018 Kia Sportage worked on and so far it looks brand new,very knowledgeable people and said would take 5 days and it was done on time,would highly recommend the body repair shop.😀

City is professional and easy to work with. They worked with the insurance company and made it a seamless process to replace my BMW's front bumper. They also calibrated all the sensors. I would highly recommend City East Auto Body!!!

This is the only shop for me! I've used them a few times over the years, always great customer service, and even better work! The occasional loaner car is definitely a bonus too! I won't be going anywhere else, I've had bad experiences other places to know quality. City Auto Body is quality.

They are the ONLY auto body shop I trust. I always bring my car to them beacuse they are the best at what they do. They have been phenomenal with customer service. I called this morning to get a qutoe on a broken mirror. Once I got their they assured me they would be able to fix it for a great price. They walked me through the steps I need to take. I have brought my car here now 3 times the first 2 I had to work with them and progressive insurance.let me tell you they know what they're doing and got everything done in a timely manner. when you're looking at auto body shops there is not a single one better in spokane.Services: Painting

City East Body Shop does a great job! Their work is guaranteed by some insurance companies for as long as you own the car, highly recommend! Brent really knows his stuff, and their work speaks for itself.
