I recommend not to bank at Chase Bank because of their services being the worst service and trying to get a campaign account open they will not work with you My highly recommendation is to go to Washington mutual and open a account there their service is wonderful.

I frequent this location on behalf of my employer so I can't really speak to the merit of their banking practices but I can say that every representative I've worked with there has always been extremely friendly helpful and efficient. If the need ever arose for me to switch from my current bank I would absolutely consider chase .

I don’t know why I keep putting myself through this, so I’m making the decision after today to move my money to State Bank.I Went in on Saturday to make some changes to my account and they said all of our managers than can help you do what you are wanting to do work Monday-Friday. I made an appointment for Monday at 11:00. We arrive at 10:58. One manager was in his office alone and the other manager was with a couple. We let the guy up front know we had an appointment at 11:00. He let the manager know we were there. A guy showed up wanting to open an account and the manager walked passed us grabbed him and started helping him open an account but didn’t have a drivers license or ID. We were over looked by a walk in after making the appointment on Saturday. Then the manager that was helping the couple got done he asked how can we help you? We said we had an appointment for 11:00 and the manager says I have an 11:00 and 11:30. We said we know, we are your 11:00. He said it would take 45 minutes to do do what your wanting to do. I’m literally wanting to ad my name to accounts. He clearly doesn’t value our business so I’ll be taking it elsewhere.

Amazing amazing people from christopher who made the effort to help to his manager who helped make sure everything went smooth. I just want to say thank you for being awesome and helping when others didnt want to.

Today I went to this bank inside Fred Meyer's in the Valley to cash a check. The tellers are very rude. I left - did not get check cashed.Went down the street to the Chase Bank on Sprague and was able to cash check with no problem. The teller was very nice.

Literally chose any bank but this one. I have had a chase account since I was 17 and they have gotten nothing but worse over the years. They randomly lock your account without notice, their website is terrible as is the app and their customer service is consistently ridiculously unhelpful.

This is absolutely the most unprofessional organization I have ever come across. Avoid this place at all costs and if you are considering giving them your business, take this as your warning not to. Amber and Brenna (the manager) are the most unprofessional employees I have ever come across. I opened an account online and went in the next day to deposit money, I was told they were "busy" and could not help me, by "busy" they meant, Brenna, the manager, was too busy hanging out with her family who was there visiting, that for the hour remaining of them being open, she could not help me, a paying customer, unrestrict and open my account so I can use it. The account ended up getting "closed" after 1 day. Amber, was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and nasty. Not wanting to help in the slightest. I will be escalating this issue as I am appalled at the lack of service & professionalism provided. They should both be ashamed of themselves.

Charge me $8 to.cash a payroll check written from their bank!? Ingeel.sorry for the ladies working there. They were so nice and obviously not their fault and I just hope they move on to a nice credit Union asap. Chase is nothing but a bunch of crooks!

I also find this branch kind of rude. I don't appreciate doing a normal transaction that might take just a couple minutes and the teller apologizes to the next customer for the wait. Makes me feel unwelcome. I gave this 2 stars because one of the female officers has been helpful on the phone.
