“Honestly, its a really solid place. I know we all are afraid of bad tints, so I did my research and stumbled on the shop. They have a solid deal package thats roughly $530 for my honda sedan. Seems a bit pricy, but worth it. They booked me in a week after the call and completed in a few hours.
If youre looking for a really good/perfect job, give them a try. They have a package for all budgets, but I suggest the full (miraculous) package!”

“I was very impressed with abra auto body shop of Spokane Valley. the attention to detail to fix every little thing that was wrong, including a couple things I didn’t expect to get fixed like the washer fluid nozzles. I’d also previously replaced the door hinge that was silver and didn’t match the car while they were repairing the door, they noticed that and painted that as well, wow what a great job. “We took our daughter"s vehicle in for a windshield replacement on her Ford Escape. They gave us a very competitive price. Not only was the price great, but the customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! They went above and beyond what was expected! The vehicle had a rear-view mirror that did not work and an antenna that was not put on correctly by someone else. Gerber texted and/or called us daily with updates, made sure to let us know multiple times that there was no charge to us and they even washed, vacuumed, and cleaned the inside of my windows and car before we picked it up. The area they fixed looks brand spankin' new and they were very professional and friendly!

“Doors got messed up in power outage and manual releases were used and all needed reset. Called Precision and Jason O was on site within 90 minutes. Very professional attitude and got right to work resetting the first door. I asked if he would mind teaching me how to reset the parameters myself. He was glad to [patiently] teach me, as well as assist me in writing down the specific steps. Then in 100 degree heat he guided me though the process on the second door, and made sure I understood the steps. His customer service was awesome. And the extra 10 minutes that time he spent teaching me to do simple adjustments myself is invaluable to both Precision and myself by saving everyone time and money. Cost to me; ZERO. “I called for a quote to have a rock chip in my windshield repaired and the person I talked with was friendly & professional (and the Grizzly quote was a just a little over 1/2 of what another windshield repair place I called had quoted me). They said I could stop by anytime during business hours. When I brought my truck in for the repair, the person who repaired it did a great job & it was quick too. “Had a cracked roof on my Tesla took it to Jacob’s. They did an amazing job 20 minutes later. The crack was fixed. Will definitely use them again. This picture is before repair”
