I have gone to many mechanics in the Spokane area with a Mazda and now an Audi. I have had issues with European specialist mechanics who want to overcharge me since I drive a European car. One mechanic even told me I had to replace nearly $4,000 of parts on my car because of a small oil leak. I took my Audi to other shops which replaced an oil plug crush gasket with a washer so the leak got worse. When I took it to Botzons they replaced the crush gasket and fixed the leak. They even saved me the cost of a new plug seeing as it was just the wrong gasket. I eventually sprung an air intake manifold code which they diagnosed as the sensor from further testing. He gave me the options to have them replace it but offered advice when I mentioned I might do it myself. I can truly say that I have confidence in the mechanics at this shop as well as Pierce who has only given me true statements and helped me save thousands.

I was looking for a unicorn and I found one! Botzon’s! I took my 2002 M5 E39 for a break job. I wanted all 4 breaks replaced. I anticipated a call with a hefty price. The call came but the message was not what I expected. Brian said “Dawit, why do you want to replace all 4 breaks? They all look great and have plenty of life left in them. Did someone tell you that you need new breaks?” Turned out that one of the front discs was warped. At any rate, the car was taken care of. However, I was truly flabbergasted because I have never had a mechanic shop call me and tell me I “didn’t need” to get “x” done. I was ready to pay for it. This was several years ago and ever since then, I haven’t set foot in any other place for a repair job. They are European specialists but I have taken my 96 Jeep and 2013 Toyota HIGHLANDER, and basically refused to leave unless they took on those jobs as well.
Their professionalism is unparalleled. Their honesty is unmatched. And their willingness to help and accommodate is also one of a kind. If you own a European vehicle, TAKE IT THERE!

Botzon’s Automotive was recommended by another auto repair shop that was unable to get our car in until three weeks out. Botzon’s was able to get car in the next day due to a cancellation. They diagnosed and fixed car that was leaking a lot oil the same day. Highly recommend Botzon’s and will be taking our cars there from now on.

Literally the BEST! I have taken my Audi Q7 here for the past 3 years and the Botzon's team is amazing! I am never happy having to deal with car issues but when you know you have a team of great mechanics, it lightens your worry. The team will also try and keep things somewhat affordable and look for other options in the community, which I truly appreciate. Thank you Botzon's for always being professional and amazing!

I absolutely recommend anyone with a range rover or like that this is the place , there honest and do great work!!!!! I'll. Be coming here from now on if needed ! Thay also got right on it my car back the next morning, I could have picked it up the night before because thay got it don't do quick but I feel asleep and missed the call lol so I got my car early the next morning there super nice ,thay answer all my questions and phone calls! THERE AMAZING I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!

Botzons has been my go-to auto shop for the last 10 years. A few days ago, a headlight went out the day before my scheduled oil change and they were able to do everything. They’re do great work, their pricing is fair and they keep my older vehicles running. Sometimes it is a bit of a wait to get on their schedule but they are worth it and they always try to get you in at the soonest appointment.
