Came in this morning to check out the inventory that I had seen online in person and was rudely interdigitated on why I didn't just buy online and that it was too hot to go and look around "my" inventory... Was told to go back across the street and buy the trailer they would actually let me walk in....

So online with Marty to buy a RV. I put $500 on a 263 keystone. Marty said it was on lot the first day. 13 days later it was on the lot. Marty went on vacation. I got Lj Vaughn sales. We were wrapping it up until he said 263 I said I ordered the 285. They checked emails and said nope I didn't. Which is a flat out lie. I have the emails. So I tried Pasco WA Blue dog RV my hometown. I get a email we don't want your business. What the hell kind of customer service is that. All that and I was putting $10 k down.

Bought a brand new trailer, pop out wouldn't function on our first night out! They have had it for over 2 months! Still have no idea when we'll get it back and no one calls back. Horrible customer service!

Customer service and respect is not something you will find here. Have no idea about inventory and product, never got past the sales men here.

Craig and the team at Blue Dog were excellent to work with and I'd recommend them to all family and friends. Craig found our new RV for 3k less than other dealers. I was nervous about my hitch setup and Mark the tech walked me thru all the details and helped me with my weight distribution system. He even stayed late to do so. First class setup. The teams outstanding and my family is loving our new RV!

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! Terrible experience with this outfit sad to say. The financing of the travel trailer I was trying to purchase was not their fault but..... my experience with this place was an absolute nightmare. Could never get a straight answer from them, sales associate was very rude. I went in to collect my deposit and was told if you can wait until Thursday we will have an answer for you... we'll Thursday came and the sales associate could hardly remember what my wife and I were trying to get answers about and vaguely remembered I went in to collect my deposit then gave us the run around all day saying the manager wasn't in that they were at the Dr. and would be back in a couple hours... about an hour before closing still no return phone call so my wife called to see what was going on.. the person she spoke with said the managers were out due to covid? And she would try to figure out what was going on and call back.. shortly after the sales associate calls and says the "Big Boss" will be in tomorrow morning and he is going to get to work on it first thing and call you personally. Waited until almost noon with no response so of course like every other time I had to call to see what was going on and just so happens at that very moment "The Big Boss just started to work on it and you should be getting a call back shortly." I am not upset about not getting the trailer I am completely disappointed with the customer service experience I had with them I waited over a month dealing with the senior citizen female sales associate I highly advise anyone to steer clear if you choose to do business with this place unless you don't mind having to remind her every time you talk to her who you are and what you are interested in and nearly every detail about you that she should have. and also you will receive condescending responses and her making you feel like you are an inconvenience. This particular establishment is a complete joke. I went into RV's Northwest and they are great!! I would recommend taking your business there before even stepping foot into blue dog.
