Using this company has been nothing but a good experience. From sitting down and deciding what colors to install all the way through the actual install. They quoted me up to a month and a half for completion but had it installed in around a month. The product is good looking and so far seems very durable. They removed a 60 year old shower that was in desperate need up an update. There were no surprise charges. What was quoted was what I paid. Also, comparing other companies, the product is superior and the warranty backs that up. I would use these guys again in the future! Thanks Bathplanet!

They are not the people you want to work with. Their showers are not good enough, won’t last and they are way over priced. They also will say one thing and mean another. And if they offer you anything extra make sure you double check the prize they give you, because it’s probably going to go up way more than they say.

Everything was fantastic. The new shower stall was installed in 2 days and the appointment was 2 weeks earlier than expected. The installer was polite and professional.

When we requested a consultation from bath planet I didn't realize they wouldn't be sending a licensed plumber to us and it would just be a sales person. They gave recommendations on what they thought we should do and we later had a consult with a licensed plumber to get their thoughts and the recommendations weren't up to code.... so glad we didn't pursue this. However the reason for the one star is they are relentless with phone calls. They followed up with me after our meeting and yesterday called me from different numbers at 1048a, 1148am, 12:49pm, 1:49pm and 3:45pm. They then called me again today at 8:01am, 9:02am, 10:09am, 11:12am and finally 12:13pm I was able to answer and tell them to stop spamming my phone and lose my number.

Bath Planet's installer (Lester) was very professional and answered every question we had, however minor. We are very happy with the quality of materials and overall look of our new shower. What a tremendous improvement! Would recommend this company to anyone.

I love this company and their people. Donna is awesome. She is always asking if we're satisfied with the work as it is in progress and is always answering calls with questions. Claud, the installer... I cannot say enough about how skilled and professional he is. Very nice young man and just did such a good job. We had questions about the plumbing on the first day and Donna sent out Bob in the morning of the second day. He was great and he explained everything. My biggest fear was plumbing leaks and not because they didn't do a good job,.. just worried in general about new plumbing. No leaks so far and we are happy about that. With the work and the customer service and just the people involved were so great. Contact them if you're planning a remodel. you won't regret it.

We shopped around for a shower install and found Bath Planet. The estimator was very honest and straightforward about the cost and very efficient with our time.The installer showed up early and was very professional and answered all our questions.The installer’s supervisor showed up and installed a border that we did not ask for which was a tremendous help for us.I would definitely recommend them!Service: Bathtub replacement
