I stopped by today to get some fly strips for fruit fly, and the minute I walked in the door Dalan Greeted me with a smile he was very helpful and super friendly, and made my experience. Great! He needs a raise!

Ruggiero's Ace Hardware deserves 5 Stars and more. Every time I go there I am greeted at the door and offered immediate help. They always have the products I need. They sell only high quality items. I have made two major purchases in the last two months. I am totally pleased by the quality of those items. They have a full-service repair shop too. You just can't go wrong shopping here.

Great place and friendly staff. It is smaller than the big ones but mainly because it is what you need for home maintenance except lumber and drywall. I love it.

The last 2 times we have gone on there looking for stuff, they told us to go across the street to Fred Meyer!!! Ok Ace instead of giving you our money, we will start going to feddys!!!! To add to your reply
It was for stuff you DID have!!! The older lady who always asked if she can help you find anything right when you walk in said you didn't have it and we found it and decided not to buy it cuz she told us to go to Fred Meyers!!! She's kind of giving away all of your business pretty sad!

The young lady that greeted me was very helpful! I was able to get exactly what I needed and the customer service was fabulous oh and the kitty cat that I thought was fake was super sweet

I have lived in Spokane since 1990 and I just recently went into Ace Hardware for the very first time. I needed something specific which I had already tried to find somewhere else but the person who assisted me ended up giving me the wrong item I needed so I made the decision to go into Ace and see if they could help me find what I needed and figure out the correct size. The staff at Ace were very helpful and courteous as well as knowledgeable and helped me to find the item I needed. They also told me that if it ended up being the wrong size that I could return it and get the correct size which was very reassuring for me considering that is the problem I had with the other hardware store that I went to first. But this time I didn't need to return the item because it was exactly what I needed and the correct size to do the job and the cost was significantly less than I paid at the the other store. Thank you Ace Hardware for all your help.
