I stopped here mainly to get a key cut for my truck. The staff member that helped me was friendly and was very knowledgeable about vehicle keys and the store.
Check out was smooth and the great selection of beverages just before checkout is very good.
Also it was only $5 to get my key cut, if you have a chip key it may be more.

The service I received from Natasha at Ace was one to write google about!!! ?
I came in looking for fly traps and a couple other things for the house. Natasha made herself available to answer all of my questions, was kind, PATIENT and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with what I was buying! Thank you Natasha for helping me to feel comfortable buying things I knew nothing about when I walked in there!

As a contractor, I've been a to a lot of hardware stores, and man, this one tops them all. Worst service I've ever seen, especially for ACE hardware. Apparently, the manager just left and everyone else. Only 530 and not service like a ghost town here. Then finally, find a gal ask her, and all she does is point and says hope it down thus isle. Well, it wasn't so off to true value where service is much better.

Great customer service. Though some employees need a few more hours with training on location of items in the store. But overall not to bad. Definitely would recommend this store.

Teeven at Ace Hardware was very helpful when I was having issues with my car. He helped me find all the parts I needed and even help me put it together. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend this Ace Hardware because you will receive exceptional customer service with a great attitude.

Came in to return some craftsman tools I had ordered online less than a week ago and was told by the staff there that they did not have the ability to authorize a return and that their manager had to do it and he wouldn’t be available for a few days. Seems odd to have to make a customer wait days to be able to return something…
