Went in for just internet. I walked out and went to Xfinity. These guys were going to charge me $101 for a business line and all together $345 to walk out of the store. When I said no thank you. The kid there told me that I wasn't going to find another deal like theirs. That's true because Xfinity gave me a new phone for free, a modem for a small pice to pay a month and Internet. Now I'm paying $60 a month with Xfinity ☺️

It has been 8 months since I have switched over to Verizon. I came in with 2 paid off iPhone 12 pro’s and and traded them in towards two new iPhone 14 pro’s and started a business line for my wife and I. It’s been 8 months and the promotion and price I have signed up for have not been honored. Instead of the $110 I was promised I have been paying $180 a month and they haven’t given me ANYTHING for the two paid off phones I traded in… I have talked to the manager of this store twice to get this fixed and spend 5 HOURS on the phone with customer service to get this fixed with each of them promising me they will fix it. Short of suing them I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do next. I sure as hell didn’t donate two $1000 paid off phones to them and I sure as hell didn’t sign up to pay $180 a month. Stay away from this store and stay away from Verizon. If your switching because your tired of customer service issues like I was with Xfinity DONT I would take Xfinity back in a heart beat over this crooked place…

Wi-Fi is horrible in Spanaway phone service dose not work correctly you can’t get a hold of anyone to put in a report or a complaint, we will be switching back to t-Mobile

Had to venture into Verizon today to get someone's phone set up. Had the pleasure of being assisted by an incredible human by the name of Jack. He was extremely helpful and patient, not to mention easy to talk with. Which might not seem important until you're stuck in Verizon for a while transferring data. What could have been a painstakingly awkward waiting time was spent cutting it up with laughs and smiles. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Jack, again you the man.

The employee helped me get what I needed as quickly as he could since I was in a hurry; he also helped me understand the phone and accessories; and helped other customers as the only employee in the store.

I sat in the store for a half hour, new guys, and a meeting of some sort. Everybody disappeared except the guy helping someone at a counter.Plenty of people, but I was obviously unimprtant..I walked out after waiting too damned long

Jack is absolutely wonderful! Such a fun, genuine guy who was so helpful! He made the phone upgrading process quick, easy, and transparent! Stephen is also so great! He has been a staple at this store and always has a great personality.

Stephen came to the rescue and assisted me last minute as my phone completely died on me! It was about 30 min to close but I really needed a phone the next day and he took the time to make sure I was taken care of and even stayed past closing time. Stephen was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable to express my needs. I was able to upgrade my phone and get a new Apple Watch in a timely manner. Thank you so much, Stephen for helping me!
