Do not stop to drop off any mail through an outside receptacle. There is not one on the property. I found this out this morning along with about five others who ended up driving off with letters in hand.

The Post Office is an absolute lifesaver, and I can't sing their praises enough for their exceptional service and unwavering cheerfulness. Every time I visit the Post Office, I'm met with a warm smile and a willingness to assist that instantly brightens my day.

Business hours on their website are wrong as they have different hours for the counter, access to boxes and parcel pickup. The staff here are definitely more helpful and friendly than your average government agency. Very good as far as making sure the mail gets where it needs to go. Lines can get a bit long during peak hours so best to visit outside of them if you can.

Please hire a new mailman in the Spanaway area, I’m not receiving important packages! Christmas presents for my kids! Like how hard is it to read an address!! New mailman in Spanaway please! Ridge view estates!

Technically they deliver postal mail in the US so that part of their name is true. We get our mail and packagers from them, is also true. Do they jam boxes in to our mailbox, yes. Do they sometimes drop a package at the front door, yes technically on occasion. Do they care if it will get wet, nope. Our drive religiously tears up our driveway and is the reason I have to fill in ruts the [sub-optimal performer] makes. UPS and FedEx don't sauce half the damage combined. I don’t usually write google reviews but I felt like I had to for this location. I have NO idea ! why the reviews are so low for this location!! I was worried that I was gonna have a bad experience, but it was the complete opposite!! The lady who helped me seemed to really enjoy her job! Plus she was so kind and patient! Probably the most pleasant experience i’ve had at a post office! =)

My driver decided they didn’t want to even take my package on the truck so they just marked it as “too big”. I’ve now been calling the bethel post office over and over and over because after minutes of ringing the call just ends. You guys have your phones on mute because you don’t want to work or something? Come on…
