Never enough available. We've lived here 12 years and between moving back and forth, nothing. We were told no 6x12 trailers but there's one out back. Maybe it's reserved, I'll give you that. Still, nothing available for moving and no way to help (ie. other stores). Get more available and we would be happy to support our local store.

Reserved online, show up to pickup at my allotted time. Do the app check in, then the Chat with Roy pops up saying he can not accept my drivers license. It was good enough to rent a uhaul to travel 3600 miles over 8 days across counrty as I was moving for the Army, but not good enough for 25miles to the dump. Also the app is terrible for latency. Over all a real joke. Go and rent a truck from Home depot for same price minus milage.

Have rented a few trucks here in my days and they are friendly. Service hours are more akin to a college kids idea of working hours but small price.

I was confronted by an employee when trying to park. I was told that I couldn't park where I was. I asked where to park. She said, "Albertsons". I certainly can't recommend any company which allows such attitudes.
