My only complaint is sometimes the car doesn't get dry, but the highest tier wash and wax is really nice (the one with ceramic)

I’ve always come to this location of The Wave Car Wash not only for the convenience of it being close to my house but also the customer service. I decided to join the Wave Club since I’m always coming to get a car wash. I got helped by Joseph to activate my club account and he was so friendly as well as efficient when it came to his customer service.

Omg! Keanu is the best, he is caring, kind, helpful and an all-around does a good job. He made me feel so good to come get my car wash there I recommend this place just because he's, there and they do a wonderful job on your car as well. Wonderful experience he needs a raise.

Gavin took great care of us today. Quick friendly service. He didn’t even make me feel bad about paying with my quarters I had saved up. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Car wash is 10/10 !!!!

Me and my dad have been going here since it opened and we have had a great experience the free vacuums are a great deal and I love that they have various prices to meet your budget! we're also glad that we finally have a car wash super close by :)

Staff always pleasant and keeps facilities super clean. Had a question about the wash clubs that I have and received an explanation e mail timely and clear explanation. They all seem to care about what they do, and what they do is want to do it right.

Signed up for the text messages and got a free wash. Not sure what level the free one was but my truck came out pretty clean. A couple of spots around my mirror weren't spotless but I don't expect it to be perfect, especially since it had been a while since I'd washed it. I'll probably sign up for the monthly plan to keep my truck spotless all year. Total time from pulling up the cashier to when I left was about 4 minutes. Easy to do on my way home.
