UPDATING MY REVIEW:I Received a follow up phone call from the Pharmacist/owner, I felt he listened to my concerns regarding misinformation given to me and was very apologetic. He offered to provide me with the additional meds if needed.After his call, I can honestly say this place is nothing like Rite Aid or Walgreens. I appreciate you very much for contacting me.

Above and beyond exceptional service! It's like Cheers, where people call you by your name and say hello right when you walk in. They offer compounding medicine along with their prescription medications. They have a variety of merchandise and medical supplies, and even have a photo machine. You can have you UPS packages shipped to and picked up this location.

I like going here bc everyone knows me. I walk in and it's hello Melissa, and my rx is basically waiting at the register! Some rx's can be a bit pricey w/o insurance when compared to other local pharmacies. But great place, clean, friendly staff.

These people are the nicest, fastest, and most convenient pharmacy staff I have ever seen. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for a refill and they are highly communicative and helpful as you are managing your medications. I wouldn’t normally take the time to review a pharmacy but the team at this one is exceptional!

I have been using spanaway pharmacy for a few years now and have had positive experiences. There is plenty of parking up close and the staff are friendly. I appreciate quick wait times when calling on the phone and will continue using this pharmacy for years to come.

Best pharmacy around hands down . Any time your meds are needing a refill they are on top of it. The only time ive had to call is when im out of refills.

Update: The owner call me and said that is was unacceptable how I was treated and the he would be refunding my money. It has been 3 weeks and nothing. I really would not recommend this place.Talked to them on the phone on Thursday to talk about the prescription for my cat and all was good. I went in today and they were like this for Abby I said yes and that was it. I did not get asked if this was a new prescription or told how to do it and I did not get a syringe to help administer the meds now I don't know what to do especially when they say it is only good for a short amount of time.
