I brought in my car with some minor fender bender damage. Broken mirror, some paint transfer and some rub-off from the other car's tires. No dents. Most of the places I took the car to gave me estimates ranging from 2500-3500 and wanted to totally repaint the driver side fender and door. The estimate I got from Spanaway Collision was very honest and I believe saved me a lot of heart ache and money. He told me that the paint is tri-coat white and no matter what anyone tells me, repainting it will never match the rest of the car. I did my own research and confirmed what he was saying. He gave me an estimate of $320 minus the mirror parts and said he would try and fix it without repainting (which others said wasn't possible). After only a few days, they handed the car back over and it looked pretty much perfect. Maybe if you take a magnifying glass to it you might be able to tell, but effectively it looks like the accident never happened without repainting. So not only did I save thousands of dollars on the repair, but my factory paint also still matches. Thank you so much Spanaway Collision!

So I used them about six months ago and they did body work on my car since I was in a minor accident. The customer service there is extremely nice and very helpful. Along with the vendors that they use to get parts. In my case a vendor in Oregon drove from there to drop off a bumper for my car because it was on back order. Along with the shop themselves was extremely nice and letting me use their loner car because the original estimate time took much longer than anyone had anticipated. The only issue was at times sometimes I felt as if the communication could’ve been a bit better. But other than that I recommend them to anyone I know if they need work done.Service: Body & Trim

We used this place to get our pickup fixed after someone ran into us. They said they would order the wheel fenders, but they have not. The fender flares are $499.00 plus about $40.00 for tax, plus installation. They said they did a front end alignment, but the truck still needs one. Neither item was on the invoice. So I'm pretty sure the wheel fenders weren't ordered and the alignment wasn't done. The fog light was repaired by Spanaway Collision, but it was not matched with the fog light we had on the truck. The replacement fog light is a Halogen, the original was an LED. So we either have to purchase another Halogen or we have to purchase a set of LEDs because the lights there now do not match. To replace the foglights will cost us $149.99 plus tax and shipping. It has been over a month, and Spanaway Collision has still not addressed the fender flares or the mismatched fog light. I have called repeatedly with no response. I am now working with the insurance company to complain about the poor service and lack of repairs. Update 4/25/2022 - I have changed the business rating to 2 stars because fixed the fog light and the wheel fender after we contacted the insurance and an attorney.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Some of the crew came in to work on their day off to get me my truck back before the holiday weekend. These guys went above and beyond and my truck looks great!
