I cleared out my mother's storage shed a couple days ago they want you to give them a 10-day notice but I have called several times I went by the office nobody is ever there nobody returned your call very frustrating

VERY consistent break-ins they cover up. If you store a vehicle here it will be missing the catylitic converter within weeks. Also the roofs leak and there are birds inside the units. Neither was addressed properly and still an issue as of writing this. Consider elsewhere

I am so happy to write this review! I rented a 10'X10' back in 2015. I thought it would be just a couple of months......then I decided to move back to southern California in 2016. I got a transfer from work and was kind of in a hurry, so I kept it in storage and flew down here. Then when I got here, life happened...a new car, then surgery...all kinds of unexpected expenses, so fast forward to 2019 and I finally was able to get it down here to me. This place took great care of my stuff. The staff is caring and helpful in every step of the way. They helped guide my kids when they came to pick it up, offering them a dolly. I'm so happy to have my stuff back, and am soooo very grateful to the staff at Pacific Northwest Storage for taking such great care of it.
