As a storage auction enthusiast, I visit a number of different storage facilities. After a very positive experience today, I'll be keeping their auctions on my watch list. Belinda was amazing, I look forward to working with her again!

I first called the number online for this facility and spoke to someone at their call center. That person obviously didn't know anything about the property or the units on it, unfortunately. I then decided hell I'll just drop in there today to inquire about the larger units I seen earlier when I was delivering food to the wood yard across the way and Belinda is the only reason why this is a 5 star review. She was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful. The units I inquired about are all rented, but I'm on the list for when someone moves out. She then showed me the smaller/big units they have and if only the doors were just a smidge taller. Belinda, thank you for your help today!

Got a unit today, and Belinda was wonderful while assisting us. Very hospitable and answered all of our questions. We were going to check out other spaces just to see, but decided not to after Belinda’s hospitality.

Northwest self storage The website was easy to navigate and to reserve my unit and to even pay online and the price was better than a lot of other storages in the area and the on-site manager. Belinda was very helpful and friendly I will use them again

Belinda was an absolute angel! So helpful in every way and went the extra mile to help me in any way she could! Highly recommend!
Edit: Belinda makes you feel like family and I love going inside the office just to visit with her and she is always so happy to answer any questions or concerns. I am so happy I went with Northwest Self Storage simply because she makes each interaction such a happy and positive one. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained, best storage facility in the area!

The personnel was excellent; that is, she was very informative, showed me the actual storage areas to assist me in making an informed decision about size capacity. Also, she was willing to answer my questions, and she has a friendly smile. The only negative for me about my experience is the price of their units.
