Don't go here for help with your business license, the woman that does business licenses,very nice in person, if you call with questions afterwards she will fillabuster you on the phone to the point you can't ask your questions and very rude. In the end she didn't put my name as it appears on my driver's license on my business license. So I had to spend the day driving from office to office to, fix my business license. They lost me as a customer

We just got done with ours like 20 minutes ago and I just want to say I want to cry, if you owe every year you know the feeling on top of that she also offers to look at our offset taxes to see if we are over paying or it's done right I wanted to kiss and hug her. I hate filling taxes cause I don't understand it but Linda went through every detail and answered all my stupid questions and was patient with us. So grateful We don't owe. Thank you Linda

Problems with communication, the front desk person never answered the phone when the IRS called and made more issues in our tax case. No follow up
