Not open during operating hours; No one inside to answer the phone; Google and the store both say it’s open, took a bus to get here and it’s not open or operating at all. Biggest waste of time and money. Never come to this location.

The manager, Rosio, was amazing. She was having computer issues but she kept a smile on her face all the time and kept saying sorry. She was super sweet and nice. The best service I have received ever!!!

Went into this store to simple buy 2 sim cards. There were 2 girls working there. One had a unique name and the other was Larren. They had eight sim cards roughly and they would not sell them to me because it was going to be a "busy day" (12:30 I was in the store and no customers in there when I went in). They were willing to sell me one if I was going to buy a new phone, but not just the cards. I already had new phones purchased directly from Motorola. I told them this was pretty much discrimination. I was told it was not at things escalated and was told that no matter what they were not going to sell them to me and I should just leave! I have been a Metro customer since 2017 according to the call center that was EXTREMELY helpful in activating my new phones (no charge) with a sim card I had to travel an hour away to get. The call center also informed me that the store employees get commission on selling phones, and under no circumstances should they have not sold me a sim card alone, given that the call center sends them to the stores to purchase these. So it appears commission was more important than customer service. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Metro until today. HORRIBLE customer service.

I went to this location I only need to pay for my service it wasn't going to take to long. I called prior to showing up and said I was on my way. She said I had 3 minutes before she closed I got to the location with 2 minutes to spare the door was locked and she was in the back. She locked the door right after I called I am really disappointed in this stores customer service
