was harassed by a male employee administering a psi test. he created a hostile environment and made insulting sarcastic remarks toward me. don't recommend going here for any reason.

IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS OFFICE. THEY DO NOT HAVE COPIES OF MY RECEIPTS OR EVEN A SAMPLE AND TELL ME THAT THEY DONT KEEP THIS STUFF. SO BASICALLY THEY JUST ARE TAKING PPLS WORD FOR IT??? IT DOESNT WORK THAT WAY. I HOPE SOMEONE GETS A HOLD OF ME TO FIX THIS. I DID MY TAXES HERE FOR MANY YEARS BUT THEY HAVE NO RECORDS WOW

No more printouts.. fees have gone up over 100 dollars in the last 2 years. 350 dollars for 30 minutes worth of work is insane.
