First time my car needed body work I was very impressed with the people and the service they even cleaned my car inside and out. It's beautiful cannot tell you how nice it was to have my car back better than before. Would definitely recommend them. The rental car company even picked me up and I was able to leave it when I picked up my car. Amazing place... excellent service ?

My truck came back with the accident damage fixed, but while it was there someone broke into my center console which was locked and the vehicle had red paint scrapes that wasn’t there before, definitely from another accident they caused. “Body shop manager” or whatever told me he would order new center console lid to fix what was broken when they broke into it, it’s been months and nothing has happened, they hit me up for $500 more after returning my vehicle, I went in to pay, reminded them I had not received the parts that were broken when center console was broken into… I heard a bunch of excuses so I asked to speak with the local car star manager Ron and that never happened, he is always busy or they hang up on me when I call and ask to speak with them. The woman behind the counter is absolutely ridiculously rude. It’s pretty obvious they are in on stealing from the customers… Don’t trust this place with your vehicle, know they are thieves and break into anything locked. I won’t ever deal with these idiots again. This place is weird and scammy on top of that… don’t trust them.

*We were able to leave our rental car there & Enterprise would pickup.

Got some body work done on my car from when someone hit me. Carstar team was very friendly. They work right with insurance and rental car companies, making it hassle free. They send text messages to give you updates, which I liked and thought was helpful.

As a first time accident that happened to me. I didn’t really know what to do first the driver’s insurance (progressive) who’s at fault offered me $625 and not giving me a proper estimate. Called my insurance STATE FARM then refer me to the closest repair shop. Went to CARSTAR Hi-tech Spanaway gave me detailed estimate and they also communicate with my insurance STATE FARM and never failed to update me throughout the process.They did a fantastic job well done. Place is neat and clean, very welcoming environment front desk also help me with my rental car return to enterprise rental car. My estimator Genaro Morales who’s very thoughtful went above and beyond Thank you!

I was in an accident and my rear bumper was replaced. I also had my driver and rear door repaired. My car looks brand new. The cost was more than reasonable. Great customer service. I always recommend to everyone.

The service I received from car-star Hitech was absolutely amazing first off I only had an appointment for an estimate which I wasn’t aware of. I was thinking I was dropping my car off that day, but I was informed no it was just an estimate and that I would have to make an appointment to drop the car off. I was a little bummed out, but when I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and treated very kindly and attentively my estimator Genaro Morales Was so amazing. He explained everything to me what was going to happen with my car and when I went inside, he offered to take my car in right away the whole team there at Carstar high-tech in Spanaway are amazing. I feel terrible because I forgot to get their names, but there were two other gentlemen there sweet amazing gentleman with the best Customer Service you could ever ask for and I mean that I am not embellishing on this or exaggerating. I am telling 100% facts I highly recommend Car Star high-tech in Spanaway and I will be returning to them for any of my collision needs God forbid I have anymore lol but I will always use them. They are the best thanks again Carstar high-tech you’re amazing.
