Really disappointed ?. After spending $5000 in a six month period car was wrongly diagnosed and not fixed. From every other mechanic I have spoken with they didn't do a major price of work now I am going to pay for it. You pay for a master mechanic but his shop hands do the work. Valve cover leak was a vacuum pump leak really and front main seal leak is actually a rear main seal, when from what I gather should have been done when I dropped a small fortune on my clutch. So 4 professionals said you should've never done the clutch without doing the seal. That it causes all the symptoms I have repeatedly brought to you since January. Rough idle still rough and unstable. Oil leak was never the valve cover or the front main seal. It was always the vacuum pump and the rear main seal that should've been replaced when you pulled the engine and the transmission apart. 4 shop managers have told me it would be fine today if it was done when the clutch was done, that it was highly unprofessional for it not to be done because it will cause a good seal to go bad. So you had me fix all these things over the last yr and now I dont even trust that they were truly bad because it still has all the symptoms since January.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I’ve had my cars serviced here in the past six years. I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. Rafael and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous and you feel 100% involved. There is no one trying to sell you something you don’t need or exasperate a problem. This is my second review, and my second car I have taken here. I get my oil changes here along with services needed. I recently bought a BMW 550i xdrive. Six months later the engine went into limp mode. I did purchased an extended warranty. This happened to be across the street from a BMW service center, otherwise it would have went strait to Eurotech. Some friends had an extensive code reader and the code was for a cylinder misfire. They said you have a warranty, just take it across the street. I contacted Rafael and through email, he mentioned something about a coil. So the car went to BMW because these friends were certain it was a warranty issue- it wasn’t. $400+ for a diagnostic and they stated it was a spark plug. BMW wanted almost a grand to change one spark plug! So I bought eight new spark plugs, $130, a friend installed them and guess what?!! It was the coil! Once again Rafael nailed it, however the spark plugs were due for a change. Bmw wanted $3000 to replace the coils… um you have to take the coils out to replace the spark plugs- so why 3k when they cost $40 each and you have to remove and replace them anyways? Point being, I was quoted by Eurotech to have all eight spark plugs replaced for hundreds less than BMW. And then, there is a bad cv joint, I was quoted over 3k, and again, Rafael quoted SIGNIFICANTLY less. I actually don’t want to by a car that’s not European, just because I trust Eurotech. So thank you Eurotech and to the employees.Melissa

I brought my Volkswagen jetta tdi to EUROTECH. It was having issues with the throttle body. They had it diagnosed within a couple of hours and had it fixed as soon as the part was delivered to them. They are fast, friendly and professional. I am very glad I brought my car to them to have it fixed. If I have any other car trouble, I will definitely call them first.

Just up the street from my house! I'm not sure who I spoke to, but he was very nice and knowledgeable (Motley Crew fan). He gave me pricing for a 60k tuneup that was way cheaper than Rolf's. I think I found a home for my BMW. Thanks, Cousin, for suggesting Eurotech!!!!??

You say I'm not real but I am, and the reason I rated it dislike is because months ago my mom really needed to get oil in her car and someone told her she had to wait a month, luckily she didn't wait that long and found another place where she didn't have to wait a month.

After MINI NW "discovered" an oil leak and gasket replacement ($2,300), I took my car over to EuroTech. They did a check and did not find any problems with my car. I expected a diagnostic fee, but they did not charge me! I am so pleased to have an honest, family-owned business so close to my home - I cannot say enough about the customer service. I was referred by another customer who told me the prices for work were very reasonable. I will be taking my MINI to them exclusively and encourage taking your European car there, too!

Meant to leave a review years ago, but I moved away. Alas, I finally remembered; EUROTECH was the best shop I did business with when I was stationed out in WA. Raphael is great, super honest, super knowledgeable and will not cut corners with your vehicle. I brought both my mk2 VW and my C5 Audi to him multiple times and he did great work and always got me back on the road. I would recommend to anyone in the area to stop here first (Euro or not) before anywhere else.

Seemed cheaper to take my bmw here for a diagnostic than the dealership. They said it would be a 3hr diagnostic and they still couldn't figure out all the issues with my transmission and told me my radio wasn't working cuz the control panel was blowing the fuse and would cost 2000$ to fix. I ended changing the fuse myself and have had no problems since. And I found out the diagnostic would of been cheaper at the dealership. Plus they kept saying not sure not sure let's try this. Sounds like they purposely don't know what they doin so they can bleed money out of you. Definitely will not be back.
