I've been a customer of Eurotech for approximately 6 years. My family and I have taken multiple vehicles to be serviced, sometimes at very short notice. From my husband's Land Rover, my Mercedes and our sons Audi, we are always satisfied. I leave feeling like I know a bit more about my car and how it operates. The owner, Raphael is patient, informative and never "mansplains" to me, which I appreciate.
If you are looking for an expert in the business, I highly recommend.

They are professional and have great customer service. Impressed by how they prioritized my 3 day job to 1 day when a customer canceled. There aren't many shops that work on Minis, most shops referred me to the dealership. Jen knew what I was talking about and was able to provide me with answers to my questions. This gave me confidence to set up an appointment for a preventative maintenance timing chain job. I'm happy I took the car to them.

I’ve taken my BMW 328i 2009 to so many places. No where compares to Rafael’s customer service, prices, work, and detail! FAMILY BUSINESS’S like this deserves 6 stars too bad I can only give 5. I’ll keep my BMW now that I have a trustworthy mechanic!

This place was recommended to us by another mechanic, and this is only shop I will take my mom's 2012 Mini Cooper to. Haven't really needed any big repairs, just maintenance, so I can't speak to any of that. But these guys are awesome, super professional and honest.

Just had my 2018 BMW X3 in their shop for an ambient sensor issue. This sensor not only shows outside temperature, it controls the cabin temperature inside the car. It was reading 122* F, which means my temperature control was blowing out cold air! Fogging up windows and making car undriveable.
I dropped car off in the morning and Rafael and his crew found sensor under right front bumper was damaged along w/ its connector and fog light in proximity to the sensor. After giving them authorization for repair, they had the car ready for pickup around noon.
In addition to Rafael being pleasant to do business w/ the price for parts and repair was a really great deal. No names, but I've done business w/ a local BMW dealer in the past w/ horrific prices and results.
Too me, Eurotech is a God send for my BMW maintenance which I'll continue to rely on.
