I went to one of those big chain auto repair places first and they told me I had a whole lot of work I need to be done.
Then I took it to Bell for a second opinion.
Not only were the prices better but 80% of what the big chain place told me I needed was false.
They took really good care of me and for that I appreciate them.

Right, I have few things to say other than stellar. Old GM 3500 van had her starter go out on me. Got her towed here to Bell and despite being packed out two weeks with the whole lot jammed. Luke squeezed me in. Diagnosed, ordered replacement starter and replaced it in fewer than 3 hours, all while being a general pleasure to be around. Made an unpleasant occurrence into an all around positive experience. I owe these folks a half dozen favors and probably a 12 pack. I am Incredibly grateful and highly recommend.

Stopped in because my check engine light came on.
They were very busy but took the time to check my car, took ten minutes.
So nice, charged me nothing.
IF I have to have ANY work on my car, going here.
Plus, they had they sweetest dog .
Think I just found my new car mechanic.

I went with Bell auto cause they’re a smaller local shop and they offer financing. I was blown away with the professionalism and honesty and I didn’t feel like I was pushed into more work that I didn’t need. They were straight up about what was going on and had me rolling down the road and my car feeling new in a few days.

The workers were well mannered and respectful and knowledgeable with mechanics for sure. They were super efficient and got my brakes done pretty fast and out the door under an hour with the best prices in pierce county. I fully recommend this mechanic spot to anyone who needs their card worked on by reliable people.

Great service. Efficient and affordable. Highly recommend. They replaced my oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket and changed my oil on my '08 Ford Escape about 2 months ago and everything has been running smoothly since. They also rotated my tires and fixed my window washing fluid leak for free. Great service. Thanks again Bell Auto Repair!

I went in to have my break pads changes along with my bearing Ms because I heard a loud squeaking noise. The pads were replaced however, I noticed the sound was still present when breaking. I took my vehicle back in and claimed to have fixed it. The breaks still squeak and the number is no longer operational.I
