“I brought in my car with some minor fender bender damage. Broken mirror, some paint transfer and some rub-off from the other car's tires. No dents. Most of the places I took the car to gave me estimates ranging from 2500-3500 and wanted to totally repaint the driver side fender and door. The estimate I got from Spanaway Collision was very honest and I believe saved me a lot of heart ache and money. He told me that the paint is tri-coat white and no matter what anyone tells me, repainting it will never match the rest of the car. I did my own research and confirmed what he was saying. He gave me an estimate of $320 minus the mirror parts and said he would try and fix it without repainting (which others said wasn't possible). After only a few days, they handed the car back over and it looked pretty much perfect. Maybe if you take a magnifying glass to it you might be able to tell, but effectively it looks like the accident never happened without repainting. So not only did I save thousands of dollars on the repair, but my factory paint also still matches. Thank you so much Spanaway Collision!”

“It is a long wait to be seen at the counter but they were the only ones to have the side view mirror that fit my car. Pick&Pull actually recommended them after they didn't have the part within 500 miles. The girl that helped me was nice and had the other part I was looking for shipped straight to my house. I was hesitant to return after a bad experience my first time with them, waiting an ungodly amount of time to be helped at the desk and being sold a part that was not compatible with my car despite being told it was, this experience was pleasant and all the parts were what I needed. I will be returning.”

“Nice place to get parts and they have alot of tires on rims.i think it was 2 bucks to get in and if I think they want you to pull your parts, and sometimes they will pull it, but mostly yourself have to do it”

“My recent experience was horrible BUT the associate was Amazing Dave in the Auto Department, Showed patience, kindness, empathy, Great Customer Service and went above and beyond to help me. So I bought a tire online over 1week ago says 3day shipping.. I call 3days in row prior to going up there bc I wanna if a tire will fit my Mini or not, they have the tire Mike puts the tire aside Great!! Well when I get there Mike is gone and He was giving me the tire for $50 instead of $85 This needs to be verified so Dave does that, then we both realize It’s the wrong tire I did the search on the website and this was the size I was given (my mistake) bt checked in house and the tire I ordered looks like it was there bt no name or order number was associated with, and all the mangers left and he wasn’t trained in how to do this & I didn’t have an appointment and he was going to change the tire out (if we had the right 1)I appreciate that man a lot even tho he was unable to help, I sincerely felt like I mattered enough for time and effort it goes a loooooong way in our society!
