I have been with at&t for 10+ years and I recently went into this store to upgrade my phone. The employee told me that they were running a special of free airpods with iphone upgrade. I told him I already have a set of airpods and did not need a paid and he again informed me that the air pods were free but i should of known that there is no such thing as FREE. after couple of billing cycles i realized my bill was higher our normal and when i looked into it we are being charged a monthly fee of about $28 per airpod pro set. My husband also got a pair with a diff employee who also failed to mention the monthly fee. I went in there to talk to their new manager and he was no help. Pretty much told me to pay off the airpods or i am stuck with the monthly fee. Not once did he ask his employee if he is giving out the wrong information. I know i am not the only one this has happened to. I know it’s hard to meet your numbers some days guys but not so hard when you can lie through your teeth. Shame on you JB and the manager for not handling this situation in the manner it should have been handles. I am also a small business owner and I talk to alot of people. I will make sure this experience is shared with everyone I know. Please find another store and honest people to help you. This place will be reported to the attorney general.1/24The owner replied to my review and asked me to send an email to see if we can come to a resolution. 3-4 emails later and over a month has gone by and no one has even acknowledged that an email was received. This whole business is a scam, I will now be reporting this business to the attorney general because these people need to stop lying to their customers.

Friendly but incompetent. Employee activated a hotspot incorrectly which was around $100 on my monthly bill and haven’t been able to get a refund from ATT. They sold my wife and I iPhones with the promise of a $5/month promotion. Had to call ATT customer service a couple of times to get it down to $10/month. What the employees there say is not in sync with what is actually appears on your monthly bill.

I had a disappointing experience at the AT&T store. The staff claimed to offer free AirPods, but in reality, it was a misleading promotion.Not happy with the false information provided. Been at&t customer for long time never had this happened. Manager of the store instead of talking to his employees about misleading customers told to pay off the AirPods. Not sure how at&t is letting lying managers and employees deceive customers into misleading promotions.

Cory is a straight shooter and will take care of you. I'm very happy with the customer service I received and the entire process. This is a 4 star because the product didn't work and that's not on Cory. The hotspot unit wasn't so good but Cory didn't hesitate to take it back and give me a refund. Fully recommend this store.

Armani helped me get a new phone and was amazing. I never reviewed before but thought I am today. Armani took the time to assess my needs and found me the best deals that made sense for my budget . I appreciated the thoughtfulness and patience and the extra time spent explaining more than once making sure I got what I wanted. So ty!! This this location, finally working with someone whom has impeccable work ethic!

Was quite surprised with this store. In the past have experienced very poor/rude customer service and quit going here and would go to another store. However, took a chance and so far the service/staff (Cori) havebeen very attentive/helpfull with getting a new device. Hopefully the level of service continues once the item arrives and we get it set up.

The manager Cory is amazing! I came in because my xfinity bill was just too high and was hoping to see if AT&T had any television programming offers. Cory patiantly helped me find a package that had all my favorites on it with the Directv take home box. I had a great experience at this location and will drive to my sister in-laws house just to make it here. Sincerly, a happy customer! Thank you, Cory!

Before purchasing my phone I was assured that this store would help me set my phone up but they didnt. I find them to be very knowledgeable but not willing to take the time to help.
