This place is a joke they claim they are a secured storage. My family had their stuff in there for a month and everything got stolen. And they say there is nothing they can do about it. Don't use this place they don't secure anything or care about customers

Seems either one gate or the other is always broken. Plus, there were two pickup trucks parked in the aisle way my init is on, forcing me to drive all the way around the facility just to get to my unit. Those trucks were there every day, day and night for MONTHS. Seemed like some homeless person may have been living in one of them.Definitely was NOT happy about that, considering how much I pay a month for storage. Glad to see those trucks werent there when I had to visit my unit a couple days ago....but this time the front gate wasn't working.Oh, joy.At least now I finally have the correct website and can pay my bill online, because the one listed on my rental form is incorrect.I like the facility because the rent is reasonable, it's only a mile from my house, and it's usually well maintained.But......its got some issues.

This place was the best. I had a hard time with my move with a lot of things that were not so pleasant happened. I would use them again.

I've been using these storages for nearly 5 years. Price is right here. Only bad part about it is the gates close at 9pm.

I've been using the storage facilities for nearly 5years now. I've never experienced a bad moment here other then the time I accidentally got locked in. Gates lock at the exact time posted. (Believe it is 9pm) highly suggest getting out no later then 8:55pm to be on the safe side.

Chris is by far the raddest person I’ve ever experienced in the storage unit world. She is helpful and accommodating and very knowledgeable and dedicated to doing her job to the highest caliber. I would recommend this place as long as she is employed here. I have recommended this place to friends and family. Keep rocking it chick!!

I have had my stuff in this for 6 years. This place is so wonderful, i am not the best tenant meaning i lose my keys a lot and they have always worked with me to help out and even leave the keys for me in a hidden spot so i can pick them up after hours. if i ever have to store my stuff again i will give this place a call they have triple A+ service.
