False advertising. Says 3 for 3 Tequitos, but guy behind counter said corporate changes things constantly and if it's in the system it will auto deduct... well it didn't, was charged 1.98x3=5.94. Don't bother at this location go further north to 174th st s WAY BETTER!!. Also food was cold. Bacteria danger zone. I WILL NOT EVER return to this location and I'll let my friends/family know not to support your business.

For anyone that is wondering, I heard from employees at the AMPM on the corner that the reason it's shut down is because they were taking lottery tickets and telling the winner that they had either not won, or they gave the winner a lower amount of cash than they had actually won and pocketed the rest. The reason they got caught is because someone tried to cash a thousand dollar winner.

Went to 711 today and used the ATM it froze in me after I input my pin, the cashier could not help me with anything couldn't even speak enough English to help me. I'm really disappointed, they really need to get there employees enough information to help the customer. The last time I stopped in the coffee was burnt. No good

Great customer service I've lived around this 711 ... 15 plus yrs there is a new day shift gal I think she came from the 711 on pac ave ..but what great customer service I watched her handle a situation. And I'm telling you she did an amazing job ...I will be back alway kind she has blond hair real long ties it back ...all I can say is great job hiring her I will be back every day just because she works there ... great job 711

Came here a good couple of times with my dad, the food is OK but id really only eat it if it was the last thing i had. The place gives me a weird feeling whenever im in or around the place. But I get some different kinds of ice creams there so thats a plus side.

Make sure to watch the price screen. Lol been here twice and both time the teller was doing something shady ??♂️ so I assume it not a coincidence..
