If i could give 0 stars i would. I went there today 7/11 for slurpees, they didn’t have any more cups. I was fine with that and went to grab some snacks instead, this guys walks in and asks if they are still out of cups. The older employee shouts “are you blind can you not read the sign” I looked at him like excuse me? Then I went to pay, i lost my wallet the night before and paused my card and forgot so my card decline. I went to fix it on my phone and renter when the same older employee comes shouting at me that I am taking too long and am slow. and is going off on me about how the store is busy and he can’t wait on me all day. At that point i was like oh hell no so i set that man straight. we are his customers ion care how bad of a day he’s having no need to be disrespectful to people. he should be fired for the way he talks to customers. this isn’t the first time i have had a problem with him either, and i know i have seen others have a problem with him. 7/11 get better employees that aren’t disrespectful or talking to customers that way or else you’re gonna end up losing sales. That dude before me walked right out the store leaving what he was gonna buy at the counter cause why are you talking to someone like that. and i thought about leaving my things but my wife wanted sweets. this is the 7/11 i go to frequently and most of the employees i never have an issue with but this older man should not be working there.

Won't be coming back! Been coming here over 40 years. I spend at least $500 a month here. They bagged my things and the cheap bag broke all of the bottles. They would not replace them. I will go elsewhere.

At least it was clean and well stocked. That's the only positive thing I can say. Every time I go in there the employee's are so rude! The last time I was there it was around 2:00 am. My granddaughter woke up and started vomiting and couldn't stop. So, I went to 7-11 to get some Pepto Bismol, Gatorade, 7 up, crackers and popsicles for her. As soon as I entered the store the guy behind the counter walked in front of the counter and stood in front of every isle I went to stare me down with a scowl on his face and arms folded in front of him like I was robbing the place or something. I totally understand that they probably get ripped off a lot and they're trying to put a stop to it all. But, I'm 55 years old and don't partake in that kind of nonsense! They see me in there everyday spending good money there! I am offended and don't think I deserved that sort of treatment! Of course they are going to have problems with thievery because THIS IS SPANAWAY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! THE METH CAPITOL OF WASHINGTON STATE!! So, in my opinion, it would make sense to get rid of the loitering tweakers who stand in front of the store panhandling everybody who walks by. But, they allow them to stay there. Idk, maybe it's not my business to have such a strong opinion about it and maybe this is a rant instead of a review. But, it's truthful for sure!

They never have hot coffee. They are rude and not helpful. I went two separate times and they claim they didn't have change, just wanted to keep the change which was more than a few dollars. I didn't understand but of course ? I didn't have time, had to get to work

Was good place to go, till the new owners, 4 times i have came by. Feel like the lady has an attitude all the time, was rude when my card wasnt reading and she stated I should use a different card ,that has money.

Had a 1 star experience but I needed to update it. The Owner account is fake, don't go to the website they recommend.Basically I'm a delivery driver, and this is the only 7 Eleven I've encountered that's refused the bathroom. I deliver a ton of packages a day and we have very limited access to restrooms. Gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores are the only places I get to use a restroom. The cashier was very unapologetic and really looked like he didn't care about his job. I wait until I have to use the restroom to take my break.Like, come on, man. Find a job you actually care about and don't let us be the outlet you take your lack of self worth on. Next time I'll get a name and update my review accordingly.

Today I entered this 7/11 location for the free Slurpee day and before filling up my cup i asked the cashier if the slurpees were free and they replied and said yes, So i filled up 3 small cups and i went up to the cashier and they told me only one was free and the other two i had to pay a dollar each but mind you i asked if they were free she said yes she did not specify that only one was free and the others i had to pay, two other workers (mid 40s woman and a man) came up and started ganging up on me just because i couldn’t afford to pay the other two slurpees, (middled aged 40 woman) she did not let me leave the store until i paid for the two slurpees that i thought were free because she said they were when i asked earlier. I then said that i couldn’t afford to buy the two and she gave me attitude and told me i had to pay because they were filled up already. I felt like a hostage when she wouldn’t let me leave the store i felt ashamed and humiliated and i felt scared. Never going back to this location ever again they traumatized me and embarrassed me in front of all of the customers.

I love this place I come there every morning for my fresh brewed coffee and Art the sales representative is super friendly and helpful and to Nicolas Kennett talking about EBT it is not the stores fault you have no actual money of your own maybe next time try Winco, 7-elven is not a charity
