A friend of mine and I went in at like 8:30 (this Ulta was closing at 9) to grab a few little things and got caught up looking at moisturizers. Charice not only went over the value products that I was looking at, but took her time to explain multiple different higher end brands to me for when I start retinol and need the extra moisture. Working in customer service, I understand it might not be the most exciting thing to explain skin care to someone 10 minutes before closing even if they aren’t purchasing it that night, but she made me feel important and I hope someone knows she’s so great ? go charice

Had my hair done by Jessica and she was great! I just moved to the area recently so I didn’t know where to go for a good haircut. I knew I had points to use at ulta so I was able to schedule something within the same day. She was so patient and asked me questions throughout my time with her which I’ve never really had before. I just knew my hair was getting too heavy and I needed a cut ASAP. She gave suggestions and asked questions to where i am extremely happy with the results. Will be going to her going forward!!

Normally a fine experience but today I had an encounter with this blonde white worker/cashier who was wearing a pink top and probably had lip flier had a horrible attitude towards me. She was disrespectful and treated me like a little kid.

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted today. And I’m so extremely sad. I left and immediately started crying in my car. The lady thinned my eyebrows so badly. Left them extremely uneven. And then did the tint last minute because she forgot I asked for it. Did it super fast and did not let it sit. It’s taken forever for me to grow my eyebrows out just to have them literally thinned out. Zicri was my eyebrow person. Make sure you tell her exactly what you want or else she will completely ruin your eyebrows. I will wax my own eyebrows from now.

First time in Ulta to do a shade match. Cynthia was extremely helpful, she made my skin look soft and natural and gave me great advice for application. I will def be back to have her help again

All the staff are friendly and professional but I most appreciate staff who ask others teammates for help with product knowledge, etc.Ulta's most well kept secret (at least from me, lol)!After shopping Ulta Beauty since November 2022, it was through my own research that I learned Ulta Beauty line is clean beauty - who knew!Vanessa, the manager at this Graham, WA store has been very helpful in color matching my makeup on two separate visits and though she was working with other guests intermittently in a busy store, she kept me informed, communicated well, guided me to products, educated me, and was very patient with me.As a consumer, do your own research - if you are "picky" about the products you use. Unfortunately between this and other Ulta Beauty locations several Ulta staffers have given me wrong information regarding makeup/product knowledge.

I booked an appointment for a Keratin Complex smoothing treatment and my hair color was ruined by the process because it was the wrong product for my hair. In the past, I've always had the original blond formula, but this salon uses the PBO formula (Personalized Blow Out). At no time during my consultation was I told the process would change my hair color, and yet on the back of the product bottle it clearly states those with color treated hair could see a "shift" in their color. My bright dimensional blonde was turned straw yellow. The staff knew this was a possibility but never told me. Thankfully I was issued a 50% discount considering that I now have pay my colorist (not at ULTA) to fix my hair (fingers crossed) - Leaving town in a few days and this was the last thing I needed!

I had a partial foil and haircut with Entela and I love how my hair turned out! Not only did she do an amazing job, but she gave me so much helpful information on how to style/care for my curly hair! Before this appointment, my curls had lost a lot of their definition and now they're finally back.

The customer service at this location has been so great lately! The girls are so kind, even when I’m in there completely bare faced. I’ve had experiences in the past with cosmetic stores that haven’t been great when I’m shopping makeup free, but I was greeted and helped by a few of the sweetest girls during my last visit. Thank you for being so welcoming and not making me feel judged for not having a full beat while shopping (:

I love Ulta but since having a life changing injury to my right leg, shopping in store is difficult. I don’t get much help from staff in the stores either so I’ve gone to exclusively online ordering. It’s frustrating though because now that perfume and makeup samples are back out I don’t get the chance to swatch colors or smell new perfumes. And…returning online items to the store can be difficult at times.

I am always greeted when I come in, the girls on the floor always check in to make sure I'm finding what I need and if I'm not... they go above and beyond to try and find it for me. They were out of a popular product I wanted and searched the back as well as looking any possible place it could be before calling the next closest location to see if they had it. Unfortunately they did not, but! They offered to order my item instead free of shipping cost and I received my item in 5 days! Very happy camper here, don't understand all the bad reviews if you don't want great guest service just go to Sephora this Ulta is my happy place

Store is clean. Always stocked, staff is clueless. Big white sticker on the door that states: Monday-Saturday 10AM-9PM. Sunday 11AM-6PMStaff looks at you like you’re insane because you can properly tell time. I’m sorry the hours you have posted in the BIG white letters aren’t the hours in which your business operates. I must be nuts!!! I’m sorry I couldn’t read your mind when you telepathically sent me your holiday hours - Lady behind the counter shouting about the sign I didn’t see that you hung on your smoke break. Jiminy Christmas, lady!!So the bright idea for holiday hours was to close an hour earlier each night? Oh, except for Sunday. You’re open an hour later!!! Oh joy! The Holiday cheer is just overflowing!!!!!!! Awesome.*Sarcasm I’m so happy the person or persons that delegated your store hours have such a firm grasp on reality. Again- total sarcasm. I feel like I need to be specific because sanity is lost on ya’all.Man you make Sephora a whole lot more appealing.Thanks to the one girl who had great customer service when I wanted to look at one more thing, and she firmly directed me to the cash register.
