Awesome experience. Did not feel rushed, and the employees are super attentive and helpful. Explain everything in detail. Tried out the beds, and they were awesome. I ended up walking away purchasing one.

I knew what I wanted before entering the store because I had already chatted online and answered questions about my sleeping habits. Matthew (Mo) helped me and explained in great detail all the things Sleep Number mattresses had to offer. He didn't attempt to pressure me, much, and I ended up purchasing the mattress I wanted. Mo was also instrumental in getting me a discount because of my veteran status.

I spoke with Brandon that day. He was very knowledgeable, professional and informative. He was patient and let me try the beds and talked/explained what each bed would or would not do. About 10 years ago I purchased a Tempur-pedic. I have hated that bed most of the time I’ve owned it. I had never been helped like that before in any bed/mattress store. I can’t wait to get my bed and try it out. I will refer anyone to him.

My husband and I finally decided to pull the trigger and purchased a sleep number! After several years of talking about it, we are finally in a position to be able to do it for ourselves, and we went in this morning and worked with Michael. Michael was warm and welcoming, and inviting from the moment that we stepped in the store, the show room is absolutely beautiful, and Michael was very informative from start to finish. He was never pushy. He was only offering his advice and suggestions which we took wholeheartedly into consideration, and he was able to get us exactly what we wanted, and able to help us with some great savings as well. If you are in the market or interested in a sleep number, I highly suggest going and visiting the sleep number in Puyallup, and working with Michael!

Great experience here at the Sleep Number store in Puyallup. My salesman, Matt, was very patient as I tried almost every bed in the showroom. I am really looking forward to delivery of my new, comfy, ever-so-adjustable bed!

Sleep Number - Puyallup, WA (Meridian)Mo was extremely helpful with a wealth of knowledge about Sleep Number beds as well as extensive familiarity with several other branded stores~all which helped a great deal shopping for my first Sleep Number new purchase. He was kind, patient, accommodating and understanding throughout the process. I highly recommend ANYONE see Mo at the Puyallup Meridian (South Hill) store. It's bordering Graham and worth the drive! Thanks again Mo for all your time and tribal knowledge~it made my decision over the two visits all that easier. I look forward to the delivery!

Matt and the entire staff were fantastic to work with. We got to try out each bed and found the one that's right for us. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we couldn't have had a more pleasant experience.

My girlfriend and I stopped in yesterday just to see what Sleep Number had to offer and we both had the best bed buying experience you could ask for. If you've ever thought about checking them out I highly recommend this store. Our sleep associate Eric D was awesome and highly knowledgeable about all of the products! He even stayed after hours to finalize our purchase! Thanks again Eric, we can't wait for the delivery of our new Flextop King i8 360 smart bed!

My wife and I quite enjoyed our time at the Puyallup Sleep Number store. The store's layout has a nice flow, allowing you to hop from bed to bed without disturbing other shoppers or feeling "rushed". The majority of our positive experience is due to the excellent customer service we received. We worked with the store manager, Matt, and he was very knowledgeable and personable. I'll echo other reviewers in saying there was no sales pressure, just pros/cons and information sharing. Our particular configuration won't be shipped for some time (I would imagine due to the ongoing supply chain delays) but that's understandable and we're really looking forward to it!

If You are looking for a Sleep Number bed, go in to a store! The buying experience is really awesome! They will walk you through all your options and even help you find the perfect setting for when your bed arrives!This store is easily accessible of if Meridian with ample parking!!!
