I went through Brown bear Friday of labor day weekend. And as I exited the car wash I noticed my wiper blade was missing and my wiper arm was bent backwards and had some broken plastic pieces. So I turned around went and talked to an employee, she helped me fill out some paperwork and said my manager will give you a call about this. I figured yeah right its Friday of a holiday weekend.Sure enough Chase the manager called me and said I'm sorry this has happened and if you can get a quote for repairs we can write you a check to get it fixed. So I got a quote took it back and talked to Chase was so nice super helpful and reassured me this happens often in car washes and we will make it right. Thank you Chase at Brown Bear I appreciate your help. I'd highly recommend this car wash to others.

Is what it is, leaves micro scratches, but they all do. Cash or card, one time, or by monthly. I'll be hand washing, but if ya have a light colored car, or work vehicle, I don't see it being all that bad... for what it is.

The automated car wash hours are 8am-8pm. The self service carwash and vacuums are open 24/7. I wish I could make an edit to help others find out this information because I almost drove 13 miles away to Buckley just so I could wash my car at 2:30am.The 24hr self serve is a very important information! Our community should have access to all the details concerning this establishment. Thank you!Photos were taken around 2:30 am Sunday morning.

Nice job and friendly. Got the basic wash and it was a bit better than basic. Upgrades are available to make your machine even more clean.

They were very professional, the employees appeared to enjoy their job (which is always a plus), and they offered to remove the antenna and tape up the back wiper without any problem!The wash does a great job with 99% of the car and that is only because the back of the car can be a pain to get to with their equipment.This is my 3rd or 4th time there and will keep coming back!

It's the only place I can go with my aftermarket mud flaps. This location has the flat tracks and not the old-fashioned ones. I go here at least twice a month and my car has never been damaged. Also, in terms of a drive-through wash, it does a great job of thoroughly cleaning my car.

Always wash my car here and it's a better way to wash your car in so many ways and with no missed spots plus the peoples usually are kosher

Even though the line was long, and there are two lanes for entering, the wait was very brief even with five vehicles ahead of me. Splurged with the beary best wash and added $6.00 simonize ceramic sealant, but I wasn't able to tell if the treatment was applied. Place car in neutral while entering the wash and its over in about a minute and a half, two minutes including drying. $24 for best wash with the add on for the simonize sealant.

Great Car Wash I go there at least once a week. The attendance are always friendly and smiling and waving at us as we drive up. This is so much better than washing my car myself or paying one of my employees. And my car always looks good this way

This location is pretty clean, looks nice. The employees weren't much help when we asked for help ( maybe because we had interrupted their conversation, maybe not, who knows ). We tried a couple different cards with no luck, so we ended up leaving.

I always have to wipe down spots they miss. I have to ask for an extra spray on my tire and rims but still have to go over it

This is Not a full service car wash just a wash and go, they don't clean the inside at all the the wash equipment is very outdated
