Regularly unable to get timely maintenance, continuing and constant issues with septic tank backing up.
If you want something below market price, realize you're going to get what you pay for.

I really enjoy living at Evergreen Apartments. It's very quiet at night and the property manager is wonderful and very helpful. She always try's to help all her tenants. The apartments grounds are always clean and the maintenance is always prompt to respond to your needs. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Marla the property manager was very helpful throughout the entire process and made the stress of finding a new apartment go away! Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere I would recommend you stop here before wasting your time apartment hunting through overpriced places ..and the peace of mind knowing you are safe is the best I love it here so so much

ZERO STARS, IF I COULD. I rented from Evergreen Crest because it was my LAST RESORT, and I'd rather be HOMELESS. My lease was started July 1, 2013. It was a 6 month lease, meaning January I was expected to move out. APPARENTLY FEBRUARY IS THE 6 MONTH MARK, not to mention they charged me for previous damage to the already seriously disgusting apartment that was noted on my move in date. If you overpay rent, consider it gone. You won't get it back. Mold and mildew, loud and unkept grounds are just the beginning of this place's problems. When I moved out, they charged me a "dumping fee" when I didn't leave anything in my apartment and said they had to throw out a mattress? Completely unprofessional and grimy. My vehicle was involved in a hit and run while parked right next to my apartment and as soon as I went to the apartment manager "Sandy", she practically ran and hid and offered no help whatsoever. If you expect to have anything fixed while residing there, just take it upon yourself to fix it because their "on site maintenance" crew is a bunch of illegal immigrants and I turned in paperwork several times to have things fixed that were left over from a previous tenant and never even heard a word back. How this place is still in business is beyond me, but I would've rather live in a cardboard box. Trust me, do not rent here.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! I will be taking them to small claims court. They are run by Phillips real estate. First it took a month of me hounding them for my deposit and overpaid rent back. Then they charged me for a carpet cleaning that was signed into my lease. I called several times before I moved to have that scheduled so that the apartment would be in top condition before I moved. Even the new manager TOLD Phillips that that was signed into my lease. HORRIBLE company that is taking advantage of tennants. My apartment was in excellent condition when I left. They tried to charge me for old nasty screens that were never there. The aptartments have mold and mildew that you are responsible for cleaning. They hired "ILLEGAL" immigrants to clean the apartment after I moved out and they charged $60 to clean the blinds that I had already cleaned. And by the way I worked for a cleaning service all of 2011 as a side job so I am not exaggerating when I say complete rip off. All in all they are trying to take my overpaid paid rent, deposit and charge me more money on top of it. I am not one to slander as a Christian woman but these people are completely out of control and I CANNOT believe no one else has stepped up to the plate and fought them. They are wrong.
