“I’ve been here twice now and I have not been disappointed with the service. I’ve had my resonator deleted previously, and today I had my O2 sensor 1 bank 1 replaced. Each trip I was sitting in house for less than an hour. The lady at the front desk is always so down to earth and nice. Prices are extremely reasonable as well. The Techs there definitely know what they’re doing! Highly recommended.”

“I came here last night to look at and possibly test drive their posted 2019 Rebel. This was after going to one of the BIG, well known dealerships in Olympia where I live. The dealership in Olympia wouldn't give me the time of day. They wouldn't unlock their truck or allow a test drive. Joon here at GT Auto went above and beyond! He showed me 6 different trucks at all different trim packages and went over the differences. He showed me 3 Dodge trucks and 3 Fords as I was looking for a full size truck. He listened to mine and my family's needs and concerns. I explained my finances with their team and they ran some basic numbers before even pulling a credit report so that way I had an honest idea what some payment options could look like. I gave permission to run the report and they knew what bank would give me a better rate than I was already pre-approved for. They were able to do what they said they could do and even a little better. I was able to get into the truck at the same payment as my recently totalled Tacoma and at a better interest rate than I was pre-approved for. GT Auto is a must look shop when looking for a new to you use car or truck. Go see Joon!”
“This morning I'd gone to Jiffy Lube in front of walmart when it opened and was treated very disrespectfully by the guy who was there, he told me to go down the street because he could not help me when working alone. “Tried to make appointment for an oil change but couldn't get in until end of October. I told her I needed it done asap since i was going to Oregon and it was over due.. The service person said come in on 9/10, 9/11, or 9/12 to the express service door. So I did. I was in and out about 2 1/2 hrs which I didn't mind at all. Thank you Kia!”
“We had a fantastic experience with John Valentine. We were looking at two different vehicles, and John was very knowledgeable with them both! We spent the whole day with John, doing some test drives, and the entire time John was very thoughtful and genuine. After we got set with both the cars, John made sure I got the myGMC app downloaded, got my OnStar connected, and got my phone connected to the car! He made sure I was set up from the very beginning. Even after we left, John made sure the items I left behind (my GoodToGo pass and sunglasses) were out of the trade in and available for me to pick up! “Hi all!I heard about this hat and these guys from my mechanic who services my truck in Charlotte, NC. It happened like this: I started hearing a strange noise in the area of the left front tire while I was in the Spokane area and driving to Seattle. The sound came and went, so I decided to make a delivery and then solve the problem with the track. I sinned on the wheel bearing of the left front wheel.At first I looked for a normal hat in the tracker guide. For the first two addresses that were near the delivery, there was unreliable information, one head was closed, the other did not take new trucks to work, they were repairing their own truck. In the end, I decided to call Dana, a friend from Charlotte, he recommended these guys as decent and competent.I went to them.I went and didn’t regret it!!!They solved my problem, didn’t push anything unnecessary, asked, explained what, how and why they wanted to do, coordinated all the movements with me, didn’t rub my glasses in the face.I also liked the attitude towards the matter. The work was done carefully and responsibly, I would say, as for myself, to be honest, I didn’t expect such an attitude, I thought that they only serve me at my home because I’m already one of my own! :))I won’t go into technical details, but my problem was completely resolved with minimal costs and excellent results, which I am very pleased with and for which I am grateful!In the head, Zhenya and Vladimir dealt with my question, there are also Tolik, Arthur and other masters, but I am not familiar with them.In general, anyone who needs help with a truck in the Seattle area, please contact me, I think you will be satisfied with the qualified, sincere and conscientious attitude.
