I was really bummed that I had to spend big bucks to replace the transmission in our work truck, but after calling around, Destry at A+ Transmission gave me the best price and I felt so comfortable with their service. They were fast, knowledgeable and professional. This is exactly the type of business I like to work with. Highly recommend.

This place and the owner is an absolute joke. We have been put through hell about a transmission. This truck was in the shop and was not touched for almost a full month before they did a rush job after we got back from a training rotation to Yakima. We were not warned about the ridiculous interest rates for the finance option. They also lifted the truck and the leaf spring broke, and was apparently broken before then. So we're paying them to fix it because it isn't drivable. We're being charged $125 an hour for labor, which is ridiculous for those leaf springs. The owner never calls back when he says he's going to, gives incorrect information and keeps dragging us along saying it'll be done the next day and it never is. The mechanics there are decent people and give a better truth but the shop owner is ruining the business.

Really amazing service! They offered to drive me home while I waited for my vehicle the first time I dropped it off and then let me keep my car on the lot til I decided what to do. Clean bathrooms and an awesome waiting room too. Made a hard day easier on me.

Really hard to give a review for service on my vehicle, so this is more on the customer service, or lack of. Had a transmission issue on my 2012 Subaru Outback and reached out to him last week. Was told he had to get in touch with a supplier and would get back to me. Never heard back so I called him on Friday and was told he hadn't heard back from his supplier and would call me back on Monday. Today is Tuesday and still nothing. Instead of stringing me along, rather you had the integrity to say you don't want to do the job.
