“Excellent facility - very clean and welcoming environment. The staff was friendly and the technician took time to answer all my questions. The doctor was courteous and professional. I feel good about bringing my new puppy here. I deducted one star because I had a conversation with the scheduler prior to booking about waiting on the first round of vaccinations until after we return from a trip (the puppy is not coming with us) for some reasons I prefer not to elaborate on here, and she checked with the vet and assured me that would be fine. At the appointment, however, it was clear that information had not been documented and the vet strongly disagreed with that decision. We ended up doing the vaccines but that resulted in having to change our plans for care. We'll be boarding the pup at Salish which I think will be just fine, but I couldn't see the boarding area so I don't really know what to expect.”
