I have a problem with whoever delivers to my address and Ernie Grove. Several times I have had the flag up on my mailbox and the mail person neglects to take the mail that’s in there. It’s very frustrating because now both of my grandpas have not received their birthday cards and I have to take the cards to the post office, which I do not have time for it.

This post office and the North Bend are the worst. They constantly leave messages saying they tried to deliver when they didn't because there was someone home. I've left notes on redeliveries to leave the packages over the gate and they don't. Instead I get a message that states there was something wrong with the address on the package and they either send it back or take another two weeks to deliver. Tried picking up at the post office but it's always a battle between this office and the one in North Bend, they constantly blame each other. Honestly, at this point I just believe it's sheer laziness.

Jin was great getting my international packages sent out! Super fast and nice about sending 5 packages abroad (3 huge ones) and one to the east coast. Basically no wait for us, but unfortunately a long wait for everyone behind us. Jin was by herself getting packages sent out and was great!This local has always been pretty good. Can have long waits at times, but that's not unexpected. Our local mail carrier is also great (long wavy/curly hair and flannel shirts)

This is a review of the Northbend PO vs the Post office national. I've been in the area for nearly 15 years. My most recent visit was as pleasant as it was from my first. The Northbend PO seems to do all it can with the growing population and population and service demands of the area, even through a pandemic, while still holding the line. Top notch.

Don’t bother paying for shipping if USPS is delivering, you won’t get it. Other delivery companies are great. I wish Amazon would give an option to not have USPS deliver because they simply don’t.

Scheduled redelivery online and received a confirmation note, and they did not deliver it. System is broken. No local phone number available. I'm not waiting over an hour on the phone.-------Same issue again. Left a notification on April 20. Scheduled for redelivery on April 22 online and got a confirmation email. Guess what? They never showed up while mom at home was waiting for the package to arrive the whole day, not being able to go out for a walk with dogs. We are not going to drive there to pick it up. Seriously, this branch needs to set up some system. Who's the manager here?

Small town Post Office (Snoqualmie WA) but excellent service. My package from there to Kauai, Hawaii was shopped only for 2 days. It never happened from North Bend. Thank you very much. Great team work,

The absolute worst service available! Our driver is contract driver so she has X amount of time to deliver X amount of mail. So if she has a package and it would take her two minutes more to drive to my house it's inconvenient for her. Really I paid to have it shipped to my address not spend my time going to post office to get it.Again absolutely the worst service from our post office & driver.

Deliveries have always been an issue with this and the North Bend location, but this year it’s horrible!Add to this issue the fact that the Snoqualmie location took out recycling and trash cans and are not requiring patrons to haul the massive amount of junk Mail they stuff in our boxes home.With all the issues in the last few years is it really a wonder that the USPS is going under?

They don’t deserve any stars!!! I have trouble with this facility for many years. Packages not delivered, no notifications, packages are list etc.Very sad. Not helpful at all.

As far as post offices go, this is about as good as it gets. Rarely busy, at least when I have gone, and staff is friendly and informed.
