I don’t understand the bad reviews. I go to UPS often at least once a week and I’ve been coming here for over a year and it’s been the best one I’ve ever been to. I was running late and came in 5 minutes before close today and the owner welcomed me with open arms and a smile on his face.
They also have an automated label station for amazon returns, this is the first place I’ve seen that has that.
Overall just another business I’m thankful we have in the snoqualmie area

Had an amazing experience at the UPS Store, Snoqualmie...things have really changed after the recent management change. The new management was helpful in suggesting value options to me to get my package delivered faster at the lowest possible costs. Really appreciate them for processing my package despite me reaching after store closing time.

This store has turned itself around with new ownership and it’s much better to go there now not feeling like you’re a burden and the folks are ready to help and the new owner is involved in the day to day and super helpful.

I was dropping off an item today that I thought did not need to be packed . They went out of their way to get me an extra box just so I did not have to make an extra trip! Helped me pack it!! They were awesome!!! Could not be nicer!!!

This store is just fantastic!
I've been using this store for all my printing and shipping needs. Printing photos, game asset/cards, whatever! They are just so helpful!!
