These people go above and beyond with everything they do. Patty up front is incredible. The doctors we have been involved with have been knowledgeable, willing to take the time to explain things in detail, and very friendly and understanding.

I brought my dog here her whole life for almost 13 years, and I bring my two cats here now, too. I adore the front desk staff and the doctors have always been patient with me while I ask them all the questions I looked up on the internet. Dr. Peterson and Dr. Brandt are my favs. 100% recommend SRVH, I will never take my pets anywhere else!

I lost my best friend today! Booboo was born May-5-2004 to February-13-2024. My best friend ? DR. Brandt was perfect. She acted as she should, compassionate and professional. I really appreciate the whole team here!!

Excellent experience. Dr. Carissa Brandt and the AMAZING staff helped my fiancé and I get through a very difficult time. The staff made us and our dog feel loved and respected. The staff made every aspect special for us and our dog Boo Boo ♥️

I've never been so happy with animal care until having the pleasure to work with the technicians and doctors at this clinic. They are straight up about animal care and they offer top notch Golden Standards for all animals. They are not there to get your money they are there to save your animal. Thanks to your whole team!

I was hiking in the area when my dog needed immediate medical attention. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, even though my dog wasn't a regular patient. Everyone was very professional, the prices were reasonable ($200 for an emergency exam and procedure) and we were on our way within an hour.

This place only wants your money. Salish down the hill is way better. I wish I could say kind things about the staff here. The place is great until something serious happens to your pet. The young lady at the front desk sold me a fake dream. To top it off, when I couldn’t make my appointment. She had me wait on hold to cancel an appointment she knew all of the information to. Especially knowing I’m dealing with a pet emergency… I could’ve called other places for help, yet I had to wait on hold? Shame on you!!Take your pet to a place that cares about your pets.Not your funds.

They can get you in quickly but when you question some of the things that are pushed, you are no longer welcome. Our dog was having trouble eating, wincing at each bite. I suspected an ear infection that was presenting as radiating jaw pain but was told ear infections don't cause jaw pain. I know better from past experiences with dogs. Once the ear infection cleared, with antibiotics, what do you know, our dog had no trouble eating again. Fast forward a few years (yes, we kept going because it was convenient) and we notice we are getting pressured to give vaccines at every visit. I get it but this latest was the last straw. We took our dog in for a separate issue and were told we needed the rabies vaccine. We wanted to do more research to find a safer version (one without Thimerosal, which is a toxic mercury preservative) and were not ready to commit yet. Rather than work with us, we were told we could not come back if we did not get their rabies vaccine (which contains Thimerosal!). I found a vet that offers this slightly safer version and we got the patient records. I saw the vet's notes and they had a hostile vibe, almost confrontational. We want the best for our dog and are not afraid to question unnecessary medications but if that does not align with their practice to push as many vaccines and medications as they can, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
