Public beware. Without receiving an invoice for services rendered, I was surprised to receive a notice from a collection agency with exorbitant fees. When I contacted the billing department I was told their “systems were down” and they would call me back. A day later I received a message that I needed to work through the collection agency- again without receiving even one invoice for my visit. Drive a bit further to Issaquah where they properly bill insurance and invoice remaining balances.Thank you for your response. I would really like someone to look into this and contact me as it remains an open item. Again, not one invoice was received before I was sent to collections. And this is not an isolated incident. If you ask most people that live in this community, they shy away from your clinic.

Came in for ear pain. Quick visit with kind nurse and lovely PA and before you know it I've got antibiotics and everything I need to start feeling better. Was in and out in 30 min because it was quiet. Very grateful for the care!

If your wait is going to be 2 hrs, change your name from urgent care because that’s no longer urgent. This is my usual go-to for slightly urgent things and we’ve usually had such good experiences in the past with little to no wait, but today I walked in TWO minutes after they opened with a feverish toddler and the wait time was already 2 hrs! There was only one other person in the waiting room. I’m not sure if they had an insane line up before they opened and a ton of people in rooms or what, but the wait was ridiculous! If they’re going the way of scheduled appointments only, I’m going to be so bummed. We barely have anywhere to take urgent cases in the valley outside of an ER, it’d be a shame to see this one go that direction too. It really is a nice place and used to have such quick service!

I came in with ear pain. On the first day, PA Sarah and nurse Juliet helped me remove some of my wax. Then after a couple of days of using the softener, nurse Mary worked her magic. It’s all gone and not painful at all. I have had traumatic experiences with ear irrigation as a child and wasn’t too confident trying it again at an urgent care and not going to en ENt (no appointments). But I was proven wrong by the wonderful people at this urgent care ❤️

I think the clinic is good but I must go every 3 or 4 months to refill my 2 prescriptions and they make me come separate times for ea prescription so I'm looking for a different clinic if things don't change.

Considering the quality of care and wait time I wil stay away. If u can take a trip to issaquah probably that’s worth it.Service is ok, but insane wait time. When they say 10 mins, that in their time is 100 mins. This is when they say they are not busy. I don’t understand why they don’t set an expectation how long to wait. I think thanks because they don’t want sent away their customers. We came in before 5pm and no one was waiting on the lounge and we were the only customer. We checked in around 10 mins and asked to wait in a small suffocating room with no windows and then the wait continues. We wanted to see whether we can fulfill the prescription before the pharmacy close at 8 and they didn’t even care. That was a horrible experience and will never go back there ever.

I'm so thankful for all the staff who helped us at Snoqualmie Ridge Urgent Care! Everyone was so kind, thorough, and patient with our toddler - it was such a positive experience.

Went in 20 minute before they closed for an eye injury. They took care of us quickly and got us what we needed. Everyone was professional, friendly and caring.

Previous experiences of going in were fine, otherwise I would leave a 0 star review. Upon arriving I was asked to wait in my car as I had "COVID" like symptoms and that they would call me when I was up. I waited for about 30 minutes before I had to use the restroom and so I went up to the door and was given the "don't enter right now" sign. I waited patiently outside while the receptionist finished their phone call. As soon as they came to the door they told me that it was about a two hour wait and that they were going to call me.... At that point I told them I can't wait in my car for two hours and asked them to cancel my appointment. Some advice I have is that you find out the approximate wait time upfront for visitors if you are going to be asking them to wait in their car on a hot day. Also, perhaps not treat people like they are zombies if they have COVID like symptoms.

Exactly what I would want from a neighborhood urgent care clinic. They were able to get us in immediately and treated us with care and compassion. I wasn't exactly "hoping" for a chance to check out the new urgent care clinic in the neighborhood, but I'm glad it's here!

If you are in serious pain do not go here all they can give you is ibuprofen. I was told I had to go to ER for the pain medicine They did pescribe me antibiotics for my middle ear infection though.

I cannot say thank you enough to everyone at the Snoqualmie Ridge Urgent Care. I took my young daughter there yesterday when she was sick. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. They got us in very quickly and took great care of us. They even printed out pictures of her favorite Paw Patrol character for her to color and gave her a teddy bear. It was hands down the best experience I’ve had at a medical office, and I cannot recommend going here enough. I’m hoping we don’t have to go back in the near future, but if we have any urgent care needs I will definitely be going right to this location.

Dr was great!!!Receptionist on phone, horrible. She tried to send me to another medical institution to get covid tested and was abrupt and short on phone (I had a question but she hung up too quickly, after getting tested, "it'll be about 15 minutes, ok 'click'. No "bye" or "any questions"?).She at first, tried to disagree with me what type of test I needed to get, since I already tested positive with an at home test. I need to get tested and have results from a medical institution to provide my employers with results, an at home test is not sufficient but a rapid test is. She was trying to tell me I needed a PCR (which I also did already this am to cover my bases), but those results take 48 hrs.She tried to tell me the at home tests don't give false positives when they do. She even said "why do you want the test you already tested positive so you have it".Luckily the Dr heard the conversation and got on the phone with me, otherwise I think the receptionist would have prevented me from getting tested today and getting my work paperwork rolling to take time off work asap. Unbelievable.

This clinic is horrible. It's nearly impossible to get a prescription refilled, and even harder to get it filled correctly. When you leave a message for your care provider, they NEVER return your calls. Even the Pharmacy says the clinic NEVER returns their calls. Literally every prescription is messed up and I have had to personally drive to the clinic twice in the past 2 months just to get my medications. Last time I had a virtual appointment with my caregiver, she was 90 minutes late to the appointment. Please stay away from this clinic!
