No complaints so far. The gates work. The place is clean, dry and safe. Couldn't really ask for more. The prices isn't the cheapest out there, but it's definitely the most convenience storage option in Snoqualmie Ridge. Glad these guys are here! Oh, and they will also let you use their moving box truck free of charge is you schedule it in advance. Nice perk!

Worst customer experience I've experienced... one of the workers was threatening me and kept coming up close into my face when all I did was ask for a door code. Very unprofessional.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Snoqualmie Ridge is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented a storage unit from. The property is always clean, every entrance has plenty of carts, and hand trucks of miscellaneous sizes available to use. The staff are always friendly and nice. The owner even helped me move a piece of furniture out of the moving truck and into the elevator in his loafers that my boyfriend and I had been struggling with. Both the owner and manager are fantastic to work with. Their late payment policy is the most forgiving. This place is great! I ended up moving over an hour and a half away but still keep my unit there vs ever going somewhere else and yes I am a genuine customer!

Ron and the rest of staff were incredible! Very clean facility. We moved from out of state and first had to extend our use of the U-Haul truck a few days and then store items. They were very extremely helpful, getting us situated until we could move into our home. Every employee was polite and friendly. Made me feel like I was hanging out with family. This is where I'll rent from in the future.

The staff is super friendly and attentive and was incredibly flexible. We ended up storing our stuff there. Highly recommend them for renting U-haul trucks or storage.
