App is always down. Website online banking is always down. They've just gone down hill over the years.

Always amazing as per the usual. I've been with them since I was a child after I got my first check for a holiday, and I've never had any qualms with them. Always amazing, always professional.The only incident I ever had with them was when I opted for E statements but was still getting charged for the paper statements. I emailed in and after only a few exchanges, the wonderful lady on the other end informed me that their system goofed and had me down for both. It was promptly fixed the same day and a refund was issued.My fiance finances his motorcycle through them and they've been nothing but amazing for him as well. His bank, BECU, required a down payment that was much larger than what he could afford. Sno Falls only required $100 as a down payment for a motorcycle loan, so of course he went with them. Paying his bill is easy, he just has to go on their website and use his BECU card.

I tried to put my 50 dollar check in that i got for my birthday for the date 3/15 and yet they thought it was for 5/15 and wouldn’t let me deposit it. They made me fill out a form so my account wouldn’t go dormat. Those employees were very un helpful.

Love the credit union. Always friendly tellers to help you! They have separated the Credit Union from the licensing part of it, so, no one at that department can overhear you, which didn't bother me, anyway, like it did one reviewer, since I try to keep my voice low, when I don't want others to hear, since there are also CU customers nearby. They were also quick to catch and blocked my card after someone had gotten my card number and using it in another state(they got the number from a system breach at a store which neglected to inform me of it until 3 months after the fact!). I wish I could give more than 5 stars to offset those whiners that gave it only one star!

Terrible service. My card keeps getting reported as stolen due to to many incorrect pin trys. Yet every time I call in get the card unlocked use the same pin as before. Its fine for a few days then locked again. I even written the pin down and look at it before entering it in to ensure I'm not mixing any numbers up and yet it still keeps happening. Yet I'm still told that I must be entering the wrong pin.... How can my pin work for a few days then not work? Why is it even showing that I'm putting in a wrong pin if I use the same pin every time? It's made it so I couldn't buy groceries before and had to wait to call in. It's now officially made it so I will be a few days late on my rent cause I cant even access my money in my account at this time. I'm beyond upset beyond pissed I've been humiliated and even had to show my i.d to prove I have not stolen my own damn card. This is major error in the credit unions system not my error. So I'm disgusted with the fact I'm told it is my fault. I'm done and will be finding a different credit union cause this is just ridiculous. Oh and I called the after hours service and when asked for my address I gave them the one I just recently updated with the credit union and they said it was wrong and so I tried my old addresses and one that I havent lived at in a couple years is for some reason the one attached to my card.... so yeah they suck they're system obviously has issues they aren't acknowledging. What if I forget my i.d at home one day and end up arrested because I dont have it to prove I didnt steal my own card?

I've had my account here since I moved to the area almost 4 years ago. I wanted to support local businesses. The service was always fine until recently. Every time I try to cash a check I am made to feel like a criminal trying to pass bad checks, or commit fraud. I am spoken to in a very disrespectful manner, had to explain where the checks came from, who gave them to me and the reason (WHY???). I leave there in tears every single time feeling like I've done something wrong. I'm going to try and do all my banking through the phone app and ATM until I find a new credit union. I'm going giving it two stars because they were fine in the past.

The employees I talked to don't seem to have any understanding of how to speak in a professional manner. All they seemed to know how to do is act condescending and impatient. Extremely disappointed because my first car loan was with them and they were great three years ago when I came in for that.

These people really care about their members. It is a hard balancing act to ensure the safety of their members' deposits and satisfy others, members requests for loans. No everyone will be happy. But they really truly do their best. I see a bright future in their future and their members'.

Friendly service and covers all our basics. I know it's a smaller credit union, but I'd probably give 5 stars if the range of services, mobile app and banking web-sites were a little more capable. Though they all do a good job of what they do.
